Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing experience The bathrooms need a deep cleaning and perhaps refurbishment. The bathroom has mould build up and totally unacceptable. The beds are not comfortable at all. My colleagues room had the beds in an incline with the headboard side a few inches lower than the foot of the bed!! How can one rest properly?! For the rates that one is charged it is poor value. When I called the front desk for a wake up call I was told "that a wake up call cannot be guaranteed"! What kind of hotel desk personnel says this?!! The front desk personnel need to be trained in basic welcoming and warm greeting tactics. They are very cold . IHG rewards members have a separate check in area but it is not adhered to and we were ignored for a good ten minutes. Get rod of the separate line if you cannot attend it! Get up to Holiday inn standards!!! July 19, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Really Good Overnight Stay We have stayed here several times over the years before our holiday flight, as we enjoy this start to our holiday even though we stay about a 30 minute drive away. Due to a previous misunderstanding regarding our IHG membership the last twice we stayed we were upgraded to an executive room. Not sure what the difference is as all but once we were very happy with our room. Quite, comfortable room with very comfortable beds and large TV. Lovely bathroom with large soft towels and complimentary shampoo etc. Choice of soft and firm pillows. Due to the previous issue we were given two bottles of lovely white wine which was chilled nicely in the mini bar. Lovely thank you. I had booked a table for dinner before we left home as last time we stayed restaurant was very busy and we had to eat later. I felt that the menu options and quality of food was greatly improved and we really enjoyed our meal. We had a couple of drinks in bar before heading to bed for an early night. We didn't bother with breakfast as we usually have something to eat in the airport but did enjoy the coffee and large complimentary kit kat biscuit provided. We did enjoy our overnight stay and would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. We will stay her again end of October before flying to Tenerife. July 19, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Proximity to terminal This hotel can not be beaten on proximity to the terminal. However, the quality and choice of food in the restaurant is poor and the price is expensive. Customers should note that there is a 10% service charge automatically added to the restaurant bill. I have recommended the hotel for its location but would not recommend the restaurant. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and Perfect for Ease of Airport Access We were pleasantly surprised at how close the hotel is to the Glasgow Airport, basically across a small street to the main airport terminal - a 2 minute walk. We also expected to hear some airport noises ... but the double paned windows seemed to shut out all sounds of planes taking off and landing, we did not hear them at all during the night, and the room was clean and very comfortable! There is also a bus that takes you into town from the terminal and direcly across from the hotel. Perfect. We would definitely stay here again! July 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Well done Could not fault this visit. Unfortunately on previous visits there have been a few minor issues with the room but this time everything was fine. Still a little annoying that one has to reach around the back of the tv to plug the kettle in. If only the tv had been fixed a couple of inches to the right. Well done. Keep up the good work.
