Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Draughty Cold Room As always, an excellent welcome on arriving at the hotel. All staff (Reception & Restaurant) very helpful and always obliging. 1 big downside on this occasion.. Room 811, and excellent room in itself but a BIG letdown was the lack of secondary glazing to the window. 1 side had obviously been removed for some reason and the cold air that was blowing through the window was very bad indeed. the room was cold and curtain had to be drawn immediately to attempt to stop the draughts and increase temperature along with increasing thermosat temperature. I look forward to some kind of remittance back from the hotel group in order to compensate for a very chilly night !!! Other than that, a excellent hotel and so conveniently placed directly across from the terminal building. May 2, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Glasgow airport hotel I was very disappointed by this one night stay. The hotel which I have stayed in several times over the last few years is showing signs of wear and tear. The check in service was very slow with only two people on reception at a busy time. The kettle did not work and I had to get it replaced. When I asked at reception for some toothpaste I was told they had none left and that I could go out to Tesco and buy some! Overall not the standard I would expect from Holiday Inn. May 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay. I checked in just after 3pm on the night before our flight to Barcelona. My wife arrived following her shift at work later that evening. Check in was very quick and hassle free. I had an issue with none of our room key cards working after I checked in but I went back down to reception to report this and it was immediately rectified. On check out very early the next morning the advisor at the desk Allen was extremely polite, friendly and approachable. We will definitely be staying at this hotel the night before travelling again and I would highly recommend this hotel as an option especially those travelling first thing in the morning. Rate was very reasonable, we didn't eat nor drink from the restaurant or bar therefore can't comment on these services. Thanks a lot for a hassle free visit April 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One night stay We stayed overnight because we had an early morning flight. The reception staff were very attentive and offered a chocolate biscuit on arrival as an IHG guest! We were given a lovely room, but I could hardly sleep due to the pillows being too thin. If I used two, then I had a sore neck. I think they need to get this right. Anyway, the room was well air conditioned and noise free, clean and bright. April 29, 2015
