A: The Waterpark is only open on weekends.

A: Access to the Venetian Waterpark is included in all room rates. Please note: the Waterpark is only open on weekends.

A: Kids and adults alike will enjoy this Venetian themed indoor waterpark complete with twilight ceiling resembling a starry night sky. The waterpark is fully equipped with four slides, wading pool, basketball hoops and activity pool.

• Two 4-story Water Slides
• A Wading Pool with floor geysers , 3 slides, and two water guns
• Activity pool with water basketball
• Walking Bridge
• Whirlpool
• Concession Area
• 1,200 square foot Arcade
Q: Do the water slides have posted height restrictions?
A: Yes, the height requirement for the large slides is 48”.
Q: Are there appropriate activities for children ages 1-16?
A: For younger kids there is the Wading Pool. Older children can enjoy slides and basketball hoops.
Note: Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the Waterpark.
Q: Is there and age restriction for the spa?
A: Yes, children must be 10 years of age to fully use the spa.
Q: Are lifeguards present at Venetian Waterpark?
A: Yes, at all times during Waterpark and pool operating hours.
Q: How large is Venetian Waterpark facility?
A: The entire Waterpark facility is approximately 25,000 square feet in size.
Q: Are there food and beverage concessions in Venetian Waterpark?
A: Yes, food and beverage concessions are available.
Q: Can I bring my own food or beverages into the Venetian Waterpark?
A: No, outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Waterpark.
Q: Are group rates available?
A: Yes, to book a group rate, please contact the hotel and ask for the Sales Office.
Q: Are children in standard diapers permitted in Venetian Waterpark?
A: No, children who are not potty trained are required to wear a swim diaper when going into the water. Standard diapers are not permitted in the water.
Q: Are children allowed to wear “floaties”?
A: No, only U.S Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices are allowed. A limited supply is available in the waterpark.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Reservations are cancelable until 6:00 pm local time the day before the reservation date.
Q: Are changing areas and locker facilities available?
A: Yes. They are located in the Waterpark.
Q: Is Venetian Waterpark easily accessible from the hotel?
A: Yes. The Waterpark is located in the hotel’s South Wing.
Q: Is there a pool just for swimming that is separate from Venetian Waterpark?
A: No, there is not a separate pool but the Waterpark is closed during the week and its pool is used as a standard swimming pool at that time, and during weekend Waterpark operating hours, all hotel guests have access to the Waterpark facility.
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am local time.
Q: Will I have access to Venetian Waterpark on the day of check-in, but prior to my check-in time?
A: Yes, guests may start using the waterpark at 12pm on their date of check-in.
Q: Will I have access to Venetian Waterpark on the day of check-out, after my check-out time?
A: No, the hotel is not able to allow access to the waterpark after check-out time.

A: Yes, there is a 1,200 square foot video arcade which is open during waterpark hours.
