"...I use the Business Lounge which provides a good atmosphere to work, but must give particular praise to Philip who was the most recent lounge 'Host' (on Sept 17). Philip provided excellent service, always being there at the right time without being intrusive ... he was a great ambassador for the Hotel and I will certainly be returning."
