Enjoyed a short stay at this hotel.
Reception area good and was OK to work in and get a coffee and meal.
Room internet was a problem which let down the stay.

One of the best hotels i have stayed. Staff is very friendly and good.
Everything was excellent, nothing to complaint.
Food and breakfast was awesome.

A good overall stay with nice facilities. Could use some modernisation in-room. Felt a bit dated.
For the cost of the hotel, it's an okay experience, but I wish there'd be more TV channels to choose from or a faster Wi-Fi

The staff at this hotel are nothing short of excellent, they always offer friendly service and resolve any queries promptly.
The hotel is generally clean, tidy and comfortable and offers good value for money.
I always stay here when I am working I the area.

It is easy for a stay in a hotel like this to blend into all the others. But the staff really tried to make the difference - and it worked.
From check-in to check-out everyone was friendly and helpful, thank you.
The location is ideal for a motorway stop-off. My room was on the ground floor, very near reception, and was a reasonable size and spotlessly clean.
Food in the bar was good and served quickly. Breakfast was better than average.

I stayed with my family of 4 for one night. The room was excellent and clean. My son has some allergies and the restaurant staff were very helpful in providing the ingredients for any food they provided. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. My kids loved the pool and all the common parts were very clean too. The parking was right in front of the hotel entrance and I would recommend this hotel greatly.

Not sure how old the Hotel actually is, but looks VERY tired and in need of a lot of TLC, especially the rooms. They could also benefit from being ventilated between times of occupation to remove stale odours.
Restaurant looks more like a Works Canteen and in need of some major overhaul work. Desperately in need of brightening up to make it appealing, table cloths, better lighting, better ventilation/heating system that actually senses the real temperature, better, brighter uniforms for the Staff (the current ones are Depressing).
Baffled about Reward Club recognition, after having to produce Membership Card, only to be told that Ambassadors only recognised as Elite Level!!!!
The one saving grace, the Staff. From Check In to Check Out, the entire Team were Great, now they need a Great Hotel to work in!

Sarah, you are very professional and all personnel that are working in lobby/front desk are well proficiency.
Thinking about to find a solution in order to exchange money (ex. from euro to pounds), easily, not to go in ASDA, SUPERSTORE... you know...
