Please fix wake up call. Asked for a call at 7:00 and both times our call came in at 6:30. Had same room both visits (a week apart) and the room did not look like it had been vacuumed. Otherwise,room was comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was helpful in securing a non-smoking room for me even during their busiest time of the year. After 5 weeks of this hotel, I still enjoy the staff, room, and breakfast. It was great having it so close to a lot of restaurants too--some even within walking distance.

The staff was very nice and understanding. I had to change rooms due to personal preference and they worked hard to help me out. It was nice to have the jetted tub to soak in after a long day and the bed was comfy too. The property is maintained well and the outdoor pool is heated. I have stayed here on 2 occasions and would stay here again.

It was nice they upgraded us for our status. However, the sofa in the living room had NO springs in it! Good Grief!! Breakfast dining area was INSANE busy, had to sit in lobby to eat!

Food service was horrible. It tasted pre-made and then microwaved at time of serving. Gym has alot of potential, however, wipes, or cleaning cloths not provided after work outs. Rooms are fair - carpets very dirty.

Return visit to this site I was so impressed by my first vist. I think it's the excellent front desk staff that make the site enjoyable; you feel like they actually want to represent their site with pride and courtesy. Room was just as nice, but with a small glitch with the shower. Reported it as I left, but am sure it would have been taken care of if I had requested earlier. Great pace to stay. Business center easily accessible for print out of that boarding pass for the next flight.

I am a business traveler. I spend a lot of time on the road. The staff is very nice and friendly. Good gym, I need that! It is close to freeway and restaurants.
Safe property. I also look for that!
