Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good for IHG members Hotel is close enough to Phoenix for business travelers and there is a bar onsite to unwind. The bartender even did some small bar games to offer additional rewards points. I left my phone charger at home by mistake and the front desk staff had an extra one available for me. I've stayed here tree times now and I enjoyed my stay every time. October 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding! Stopped in over night in the middle of a moving trip - the staff were outstanding and very accommodating. The location is great and easy to find with plenty of restaurants around. I enjoyed having the bar downstairs and the bartender was extremely pleasant. My room was huge and spacious and it was a treat having a bath tub with jets! Overall GREAT experience, I highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars! October 8, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by emergency stay because this was an emergency stay, as our air went out at our home a half mile away, we chose to stay here. the front desk staff was very nice the first two nights, but we were very confused by the sliding scale of room rates, as our stay needed to be extended. Every night was more costly, and it didn't seem to be a very busy hotel. (with only 2 cars in the parking lot, 1 being mine) we ended up checking out and going to another hotel (not Holiday Inn) for an additional 3 nights! was surprised the front desk clerk on Monday night (6-23) was not more helpful. the hotel is very nice, and beds are very comfortable, as well as feeling safe in the hotel. The breakfast and service for breakfast in the morning was undoubtedly one of the best meals we had while traveling from New Mexico to California. Stay here. You will not be disappointed. The reason I say it was the bathroom fan and not the air condition sound is because the bathroom fan in my room was also louder than the usual sound . Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Last room in the inn We got the last room available. It was very expensive stay for two nights. Understandable because of spring training. Not so much spring break. Too expensive for college kids. We are very grateful to one of your staff. A new hire I seem to understand. Liz found us the last room available. Greeted us the very next evening, when we arrived. Helpful with getting us settled in.we have been to Phoenix before but did not require much. We were a bit disappointed to discover that it was not a continental breakfast. We had stayed in Holiday Inn Express two nights prior in Page and Flagstaff. The breakfast service was atrocious. The service was horrible. The wait staff was untrained. They did not appear to have a sense of urgency and we were just the second table being served. For example, when asked to replace a dirty fork, he brought it back with an attitude, "here is an extra clean fork." The room was above expectation, a king size suite. We always search out holiday inn expresses when we travel. Hotel staff is always top notch. Liz is a good example. I think we would not be so critical of the price if the dining area lived up to the same standard as other areas in the hotel. March 27, 2014
