Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent check-in staff, not so much with reservation staff Reservation staff on the phone was one of the most startling experiences for a relatively easy task. Person was not friendly, gave very short replies (like yep or nope), mumbled and I nearly hung-up and stayed elsewhere. Perhaps that person had a really bad day, as happens. If that was the case, then someone else should have answered the phone. Check-in staff wonderful (different person than reservation staff) and helpful. Hotel very nice, comfortable and clean. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Large room and comfortable bed The room was large and well furnished with nice furnishing. The bed was very comfortable. We just didn't find the remote for the heating and cooling system until the next morning which made our night's stay a little uncomfortable. Also the noise in the hallway was loud that night and kept waking us up. But I also consider that as part of staying at a hotel. April 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I love the easy access to the outdoors and the Hot Tub.. :) I always stay at Midtown Holiday Inn when i'm in Grand Island, Ne. All the staff have always been so helpfull and kind to me when i stay there. I like that there is a Pub and dining area there with excellent food. I will always stay at Midtown when i'm in town. Prices are excellent and the hospitality is far beyond i get at any other hotel i stay at as i travel alot and always prefer Holiday Inn. Who ever the manager is there they sure always take care of my needs. Maybe a raise would be appropriate for the Mgr and staff.. jus sayn!! Alan Good April 27, 2015
