Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel. Bad room location The hotel and people working there we outstanding. Everything was great except one thing. My room was right next to the elevator, I heard EVERYONE talking, laughing, etc in a normal voice. It was just a bad location for a room. But don't get me wrong. VERY Clean hotel and the staff were wonderful. I would go back. I'd just ask for a room down the hall. July 20, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean rooms, nice bed Nice clean place to stay, comfortable room and bed. My only comment is that the front desk staff should be more welcoming to guests coming thru the lobby. They seemed to be more involved with their own conversation than to even acknowledge a guest walking by. A quick hello or good morning goes a long way. The service and housecleaning staff were more friendly. July 19, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't stay here! I was not offered any compensation for any problems at this hotel. Even though I called to make sure I had adjoining rooms, there was no effort made to accommodate my situation prior to my arrival. In fact they gave me 3 rooms instead of 2 and none were close to each other. They kept me waiting for the desk clerk to confer with another staff member rather than getting to work on the problem herself and still I ended up with 2 rooms not even close to each other and not thoroughly cleaned and double beds rather than queen. When I purchased food to heat in a microwave, no one said there was no microwave in my rooms. I will never stay at an IHG hotel again! July 16, 2015

Esto esta incluido en Greenville y en Southfield Por otro lado, la opcion de canals por televicion es muy pobre, deberian incluir mas canals, familiares y deportivos. July 13, 2015
