Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 King room with jacuzzi tub wonderful. My husband and I booked a Jacuzzi suite at the Grande Prairie Holiday Inn for our wedding anniversary and it was such a lovely room and the front desk clerk seemed genuinely happy that we chose that hotel to stay at. Everything was clean and new looking. We loved it and if we need to stay in the area again, we will definitely chose the same hotel. The only negative thing was that the parking lot was lumpy and icy as well, when we arrived back at the hotel after our movie, the parking lot was quite full and we *almost* were concerned that we could not find a spot to park. We own a long box diesel pickup so could not park underground, which was fine, but we did see a lot of cars taking up spots outside leaving us with limited space to park. That was our only observation but it all worked out for us as we parked near the restaurant. January 22, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Staff were nice The Hotel was a nice place to stay and if those two hiccups didn't occur I would definitely reccommend the hotel to other people. Especially since there is a lot of people that I work with that travel that way and stay in that area. Even if something would have been done as far as a discount ect. It would have shown me that customer satisfaction is number one with your establishment and you do go above and beyond to ensure that the people staying in your facility are being taken care of. To me word of mouth is the best tool you can have in having a successful business and it fell short during my stay. December 22, 2014
