Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Price rising but quality not I was a little disappointed with my last stay, upon booking I learnt that the price per night had gone up substantially, but am finding the same rooms as when I first started staying here a couple years ago. The rooms and furniture are starting to show their age a bit. Overall my stay was good, I was just really disappointed in the rate for what you get. I stay at a lot of holiday inn hotels, and there are other ones that offer much nicer rooms for lower prices than what is available here. October 16, 2014

The location at a junction of 2 main highways and the room location overlooking the intersection, allowed for higher than normal noise levels in the room. October 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent location and very comfortable. This hotel has become my "go to" hotel in Grande Prairie. It is close to the airport, restaurants and shopping(The Keg is within walking distance). There is a good gym on the second floor with enough equipment for a great "road workout". The pool and the hot tub very clean. The parking was plentiful and well lit. The hotel is also centrally located, so nothing is far away. Make sure you get the breakfast deal - it's awesome!!! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by dirty room I have stayed at this hotel a lot over the years, as I have to work around the Grande Prairie area a lot. I stay at this hotel just about every time I travel to Grande Prairie, recently I had checked into the hotel Oct 5,2014 and in room 414 I had checked in late about 10:00pm, had a shower and went to bed, sleep was good But the pillows are getting to be in very bad shape, Need to be replaced. when I woke up I had noticed that the curtains for the widows were covered in black dust (they are White) , I don't think they have ever been washed. the house keeping should notice this as the bed is right beside the window. the house keeping does not clean the room up very good. I believe that they need to be better trained in the cleaning of the room. this should be up to the house keeping manager. put it this way I wrote HI on the mirror during a 20 day stay, I did this on the first night, and you guessed it HI was still on the mirror in the bath room the last day I checked out. so what does this tell you, it tells me that they don't CLEAN the rooms or bathrooms. I also noticed that the room would never get vacuumed during my long stay. I am not sure if the house keeping is up to pair. also I have noticed that just about every room I have stayed in the bathroom don't get much attention when cleaning/ maintenance just about every water tap leaks, toilets leaking around the base, water stains on the floor. the hotel room need some renovation to take place as it is starting to fall apart in the rooms or is this a lack of maintenance or care by the hotel manger. other then this I stay here so I am just telling you what is going on from a person that stays at this location a lot over the years and a repeat customer. when I do come back I would like to be put up in room 415 Regards October 10, 2014
