Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by overall a good place to stay We enjoyed our stay here. There were signs in the lobby mentioning that there would be a party in the conference area and free earplugs on request, which had us concerned but the night was quiet. We had to pay extra for breakfast, which was surprising considering the price of the room. Used the gym and business centre. The pool looked well kept. March 26, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Not up to par for a Holiday Inn As per my previous comments we were not happy with our stay here because of the cold water for our showers and short on towels. Also the restaurant attached to the hotel was not the best either. Poor food quality and short on staff for service. Plus the cost was not worth it. March 11, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A return gone wrong. We had to call down to the front desk twice that evening because our room was smelling very strongly of smoke. We reported that people were lighting up and smoking in the hallways and possibly in one of the rooms beside us as it was coming into our room from somewhere. My husband even invited the security person into our oom where he immediately smelled it. With a towel under the bottom of the door and opening our window, it was still coming in. Not once did we hear or see the security the security go to another room to investigate this complaint. It was too late in the night to move to another room, we did not even use the tub as who wants to relax in a tub when all you can smell s smoke? Both my husband and I are non smokers, we had a wretched stay, I woke up sick, sore eyes, throat and sore chest. I did not even stay to shower and breakfast within the hotel. If a guest is caught smoking in your hotel, what happens? Are they charged double for cleaning and troubling other guests, escorted out? These people had the audacity to do the same thing in the morning!! When checking out, the clerk did not even ask how our stay was. I’m sure she read the comments from night shift and probably did not want to open that can of worms. Disappointed to wake up with the same problem that we complained about the night before and with watching security come and go without even checking the other rooms was the icing on the cake.
