Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK Stay Just stayed at this property for 5 days. Overall the stay was Ok. Rooms are very small and mattress was a bit concave which made for uncomfortable sleep. There was only one trash can in the room. There should be one in the bathroom. The food was over priced and not particularly good. Unfortunately there aren't oo many options for eating in the immediate vicinity. We had 2 adults and 2 children staying in our room and it drove me insane that we got 3 towels each day. Overall the room and property were clean. July 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Great value. Super clean and moder room and bathroom. Great staff. Very helpful...aloowed us to check in at 10:30 am with out issue. Resturaunt was great and so was buffet breakfast. Would stay again and definitely recommend to anyone who uis in the area. July 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room for 4 or less -- too small for 5! The hotel is very clean, and the staff that I interacted with were very friendly. The restaurant is expensive, but we only used it once and had a voucher that reduced the out-of-pocket expense so that it was manageable. The biggest issue I had was with the size of the room. I was traveling with my 3 kids (22, 17 and 13) plus my wife. This room only has two double beds, so we had to request a rollaway bed. Space was very tight for that -- had to move furniture around just to make the rollaway fit. Since my kids don't 'share' the double bed, we also brought an air mattress for one of the kids to use. After moving the beds slightly, we were all able to setup our sleeping areas -- but it was tight! A/C was tough to control -- turning the thermostat slightly caused it to switch from A/C (and a very cold room) to heat (along with the nasty smell). Not very comfortable with that aspect of the room, but since we were mainly there to go to/from HersheyPark, it didn't matter that much. I would consider staying here again the next time we come to Hershey -- but only if I'm able to use my Rewards Points again. July 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by enjoyable stay The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and our group was well taken care of. The pool area was well set up. The lobby was able to accommodate groups to sit and enjoy each others company or just watch tv. This is close to Hershey and we will stay here again. July 10, 2014

Personnels from the Manager (Dylan) to everyone I have been in contact with are very nice, very helpful, and attending my needs promptly that I regard it as a great customers skills. Keep up the good job! Holiday Inn is lucky to have you all! We have had a good impressions so We decided to extend our stay for another day and We're not regret it. We will definitely pick your hotel again to stay when We visit Harrisburg in the future. Thank you all for everything that you do, We really do appreciate it! July 8, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Still our Favorite We still love Holiday Inn but this stay was sub-par to say the least. Staff was very pushy and rushing us out in the morning and the room we booked was no longer available and we were not told until after we called down to the front desk. Overall, good stay but not up to the standards we have become accustomed to in the past. July 7, 2014
