No complimentary breakfast though, if you pay for breakfast, it is expensive for what you get. The staff is great, everyone is hepful and great to deal with. November 24, 2014

Stayed at this Holiday Inn enroute to a vacation destination in several past years as well as this year, and the experience was "excellent" in every respect! The hotel grounds and facilities are inviting, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the dining experience was enjoyable and the staff were courteous and helpful at all times. We will be staying at this hotel again in future, and will look forward to it. November 15, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ho-hum... Staff not responsive to issues The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the bar/restaurant is fine. However, we had a number of room problems, and the response of the staff was a curt, "We don't fix things on weekends." The problems related to the heater, the television signal, and the toilet. We were there for a meeting/conference, which was well-attended, and the meeting staff were great. Front desk people need a lot of training on "customer service" - it appears to be an oxymoron to them. November 12, 2014
