One night stay at this hotel,easy check in/out,nice clean comfortable hotel.Good buffet breakfast.Not to far from Hershey Park.

The staff was fantastic, from the front desk, housekeeping to the restaurant. The room was dusty, old and in need of repair.
Beds were ok, normal comfort level. Skunk outside the room all night made sleeping a bit tough.
Knowing we were on the end room and the exterior door lock was broken, made for a bit of discomfort. Thankfully we had our dog for security.
The tub was slippery good thing there was a handle in the shower. Not sure what was on the floor of the shower, looked like it had been patched but it was slick.
Sink was oddly placed right next to the door to the bath. made it tough for sharing the space. Counter top was small. Hard to balance a toiletry bag. Oddly the TP roll was so far away from the toilet, you had to be 6 feet tall to reach while seated.
Hotel layout was strange, we got lost getting back to our room and had to go thru a conference room to get back to the first floor from the lobby.

Avoid planning large events at this hotel as they were not ready for a 400 person event. The food was good and rooms were pretty clean but that is it!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night before moving to a different location. When we arrived everything appeared to be fine. As the night went on things got worse. Bathroom was not clean, ad unit was very dirty, we couldn't plug anything into the bathroom outlets because they were broken and so on. Not to mention that when I booked the room through and IHG representative they assured me the room would be large enough for my family of five. We decided to stay the night and move locations in the morning. After a long day with three small kids I headed down to the front desk to make arrangements to move in the morning. The Front desk staff was nothing short of amazing! I can't say that enough. They went above and beyond to help me. I can't say the same for IHG. Being a spire member apparently holds no weight with IGH when you need assistance. The rep kept me on the phone for over an hour and was less than helpful. So based on my experience I would give the hotel a thumbs up based on their willingness to make things right. IHG on the other hand gets a big thumbs down. Way to keep my vacation on track and a smile on my face front desk staff!

stayed 3 nights while on vacation at hershey, on second day middle of the night someone open the door (apparantly desk clerk made the key rented the room to a new guest - while room was occupied)-we were shocked, could not sleep that whole night.
Also bathtub was rusty and faucets were old and stained.
old and noisy air conditioner which had pieces of food inside the air vent.
We have stayed at other holidays, this one not upto the standard of holiday inn.

While the rooms were ok, the Ice machine was never filled on any floor so making sure that drinks for my daughter stayed cold was a process of having to go to the bar to get ice every night. there were no refrigerators in the room so that made ice even more needed. We were there for a dance competition and heard nothing but complaints from the other dancers families also.

Some friends and I stayed a night at this hotel, and reserved a room ahead of time. We reserved a room for 5, so we needed a roll away. When we got to the hotel and settled in our room for the night, there was no roll away, and we were told they ran out. After going back down to ask for sheets and to let management know we were not pleased, they brought up a roll away with a broken spring and messed up corner. They probable kept that one and did not plan on giving it away, but knowing we needed a bed, they gave it to us. We were unhappy with the sleeping situation, but otherwise it is a nice hotel, and we would stay again, but call first to make sure we get a roll away.
