Dirty, worn, rude and unwilling to help is the best things I have to say about this experience. This will never happen again because if you don't stay there it cant.

We were looking for a Valentines Day getaway with a visit to the local casino. We picked this hotel due to the hotel claiming of having a shuttle to the casino, however we were a little disappointed when the last van from the casino was 11:00 on a Saturday night. Would've been a Five Star stay if the shuttle transported a little later for a weekend night.

It is close to the casino but other than that the hotel is average (food, room, amenities, etc.) Front desk staff was great.

Front desk staff was helpful in locating local information on things to see and do. Along with other ideas for dining. The hotel was very clean and neat.

We always stay at Grantville because it is close to the Casino. We like to eat in the restaurant because the feed is always good. The rooms are quiet with respect to noise on floors above.

Great location, friendly staff, great service and comfortable bed. Upon entering our room we were pleasantly surprised to see that we were given a two story room. Downstairs had a living quarters with couch, two chairs, wet bar and half bath. There was a spiral staircase that went upstairs to the bedroom area where there was a king sized bed, dresser and full bath. It was a great layout. Only issue we had was the heating/cooling system upstairs was soooo noisy. But we were too tired to report it when we went to bed.

Booked one of the suites and an extra room for 6 people for one night. A planned reunion/birthday party with family for one night. The suite had a leak and we were unable to use the suite. The hotel staff explained that the hotel was booked but did manage to find us another room to accommodate all our guests. However, we were unable to enjoy and relax using the suites couch and extra amenities which was extremely important to the group. I also booked a package that was to include free breakfast and a coupon book for the outlets. I never got the coupon book. I asked for a microwave in one of the rooms and I had to ask 3 times to finally have it delivered. We were given the second room free, however the experience was not at all enjoyable. I will most definitely never return to this hotel.

The hotel staff readily adjusted ballroom accommodations to better serve the needs of the business being conducted.
Priority club membership was not requested at check in.
