Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and accomadations My family and I stayed at this HI location while spending the day at Hershey Park. The staff was great and very accommodating. We have stayed at hotels closer to the park but this hotel is worth the drive and is about 10-15 minutes away from Hershey Park. The AC unit was a bit noisy and since our room faced the front of the Hotel, the landscape lights penetrated the curtains at night. We didn’t mention this to the staff because overall we were thrilled with the rest of our room. So if you are staying here don’t hesitate to bring any concerns to the staff, they will take care of the problem. Looking forward to staying here again. Great customer focus. May 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everything in one place It was great coming off the highway after driving for over 6 hours and tired to stay at a motel that had a friendly staff, comfortable beds, big TV and a restaurant and bar on the premises that after a long drive, just needed the elevator to get there. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Worst of Critics I am very critical of anywhere I stay away from home. I was prepared to find fault with your facility and staff. The staff was wonderful and friendly. I was there for a wedding and there were two other weddings at your facility as well and I could not believe how well organized and how things flowed for the amount of guests you were putting through for all of the weddings and from guests outside the facility coming in for the receptions. The only minor detail that was major to me was I wanted a decent cup of coffee when I had my breakfast and the coffee served with breakfast in the restaurant at your facility was like colored water and there was no taste. The packets of coffee in the room were not refreshed by the maid services when they refreshed our room and I could not get a cup of coffee until the reception and that is when I got the very best. This was a very minor thing to mention but I am providing feedback with the idea in mind of helping the next person and providing your facility with the excellence that you deserve for a review. Thank you for your kindness, friendliness, and help while I stayed there. I did not mention anything to the staff while I was there because I definitely felt the visit was quality overall and you could see everyone of them was earning their living and there were no slackers. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by overall a positive experience The hotel and staff were fine except for one flaw in my opinion. We were passing through the area and stayed there to go to the nearby casino for the evening. We were disappointed that the shuttle provided by the hotel only ran between the hours of 6 PM and 10 PM. After 10 PM we were on our own for transportation. To improve this location the shuttle hours should be expanded to offer more flexibility. May 17, 2015
