Your front end staff are excellent, however your cleaning staff are something to be reviewed. Our shower had a used bar of soap in it from the previous guest(s), and a bug flew out of the coffee maker in the morning when we tried to make coffee. Obviously we had to go downstairs and get a coffee from the restaurant. The staff in the restaurant were more than accommodating, but we were on the 7th floor, so this was a little more than inconvenient. Your desk clerk did offer to buy us breakfast in the restaurant, but we did not have time for that. As weekend travellers, we were in a bit of a hurry to get our shopping and visiting done. Your bar staff were outstanding and dealt well with a very unruly customer. BUT, the room cleaner actually knocked on our door at 9:00am and asked if we would be checking out "on time". I did not appreciate this at all. As a large company, you should be organized enough to be able to send communications effectively enough, so as not to disturb your guests for information such as that in the morning. All in all, it was an 'average-at-best' experience, and we are doubting staying there next time we visit Great Falls. Hotels with good locations can be found all over Great Falls, but I have never had problems with cleanliness at any of the other hotels I have stayed at there. Cleanliness is a HUGE priority when staying in a hotel.

I cannot say enough about Robert and his Staff! We LIVE in Great Falls and this Holiday Inn is our STAYCATION headquarters! The staff is warm even in the coldest weather, the desk staff, restaurant staff and the lounge staff are the best! Professional and personable! The pool, slide and bounce house are perfect for the kids, we can sit and watch them swim while enjoying the great food and atmosphere of the restaurant or lounge! Big rooms, microwave, breakfast for the little ones and a shopette for the late night snacks! Come give them a visit, you WILL return! Thanks Robert and your staff!!

The Staff was very friendly and great to work with. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
