This hotel makes a great first impression. The lobby is bright and neatly organization with the bar and restaurant looking very inviting. The hallway to my room was wide and very bright also but the room was dark. Perhaps the hotel is saving money with the low watt bulbs but it was uncomfortable.
I went to the restaurant for breakfast and I think you should expect some amount of grease when eating bacon but the very least the kitchen could do is to allow it to drain. When I called it to the attention of the wait staff, they did not seem surprised at all so I guess the expectation is to serve bacon with a pool of grease on the plate.
I was very disappointed by their reaction since this was the start of my day.

No free breakfast for PC members, nice place overall. Bar $$$ is a little high, but what do you expect for a hotel bar. Bar service and hotel service was excellent though.

I travel to Green Bay for business 4 to 6 times a year and have been staying at the Holiday Inn - Stadium since it opened. The rooms have always been excellent and over the years the staff has taken a new property and made it their own. I always enjoy my stays and the staff is a good portion of the reason. From the person who picks me up at the airport, to the front desk and restaurant staff, there is always a smile and a welcome back attitude.
I find the food to be very good and usually eat there at least two nights of my stay. Not bad considering the number of restaurants that are close by. They pride themselves on using fresh ingredients and the results prove it out.
You can't beat the comfort of the King Suite rooms with a living/work area and bedroom separated by the bathroom and wetbar. Lots of outlets for plugging in your business tools makes life easy. The only complaint I have is that the work desk is positioned to face the wall opposite the TV. I have solved this problem as the space is large enough to turn the desk 90 degrees while not putting you out in the middle of the room. Just wish they would make it their standard layout.

Nice clean hotel for a decent price. Stayed in a king bed suite with whirlpool and fireplace. Loved the room! Was worth the stay. I will surely be returning!

Overall a nice property, but the speed and reliability of the internet access was so poor that it will prevent me from staying here again. Holiday Inn is really dropping the ball in most of their properties for the business traveler. I am traveling for work, and that is what I need to do in the hotel. Without reliable access to the internet this becomes all but impossible.
Too bad, I really like the brand.

What makes this a great place to stay is the outstanding staff. They are very welcoming and from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant servers, everyone made the guests feel welcome and at home. If all Holiday Inn's had this kind of service they would be my first choice of hotel wherever I travel.

I checked out about 4 AM Friday morning Feb. 8th. to find my rental car buried in about an overnight 8 inch snowfall on top of lots of ice and snow. After about 30 minutes of trying to get my car into the ruts in the parking lot I went in and ask the front desk manager when he expected the plow to come into the HI parking lot. He said he would try to help. He went outside and spent about 15 minutes pushing my car to get me out of the parking lot and into the street which had been plowed. Without his help I would not of been able to get to the airport on time. This guy deserves some recognition for his great efforts to get a guest out of the parking lot. I did not get his name but I am confident that you can find out who was working that morning.
I would like to thank him personally and I hope that HI will recognize him as well.

I stay here quite frequently and I can tell you it feels like my home away from home. The staff has always treated me like family and goes out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The "HI" girls (Ashley, Amanda, Jessica, and Ariel) are friendly yet professional and are always the "HI"light of my stay. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect with activities and food within walking distance. The gym is open 24 hours and the pool is always refreshing. I would "HI"ghly recommend this hotel.

Received a voucher for 'free drink' upon checkin. When I ordered a diet coke I was told that the voucher was not valid for coke products - only beer and wine.
In the room, the lighting was poor around the work area. Made it difficult to work at the desk after the sun went down.

We spent a very relaxing evening in our clean comfortable suite. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The cocktails in the bar were excellent and served by a very congenial bartender in a cozy atmosphere. We will be back.

Wondering why the Intercontinental Group refuses to have the NFL Network available for traveling customers. When you travel as much as I do it is really disappointing to not be able to watch Thursday night football when on the road.
No reflection on any of the individual Holiday Inns I stay at, because it seems to be true across the board.
Greenbay is a nice Hotel with a great staff.

I stay at this property about once a week and also travel on business often. This hotel is one of my favorites and I always get great customer service and experience. The front office staff always greets me by my name and are always helpful. The staff is my favorite part of my stay.
The only negative is how slow the wireless internet is at the hotel. It is usually almost impossible to surf the internet and netflix through my IPAD is impossible. Most night I just stop trying to access.
Overall this is one of my favorites and I highly recommend it.

This is one of the best experiences I have had in a hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel was full and I wasn't disturbed by the sounds of other guests. The hotel bar/restaurant served great food and beverages. The best part about the stay was the helpful and friendly staff. They were able to help us find shuttles, call us cabs or give us ideas of what to see and do. I also left behind an expensive item that I t hought I would never see again. I talked to front desk and they said they would call me if they found it. An hour later, I had a phone call and they had it packed up and mailed back to me within 2 days. I have never been more grateful or happier. I can't say enough about my overall experience. The wonderful atmosphere, great food, clean comfortable rooms were the icing on the cake with the great staff and customer service they provided. I will be back again. Thank you!

I travel a lot and stay at mostly Holiday Inn hotels - this is hands down one of the best properties in the Holiday Inn family. I would recommend this hotel to everyone considering a trip to Green Bay.

The Green Bay Stadium is a wonderful place to stay whether you are there for a Packer game or just enjoying the city. The staff is always efficient, courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and accommodating as is housekeeping.
Have stayed several times over the past few years and have found the experience to get better and better. Hotel constantly improves as does the staff!
Do not hesitate to book with this hotel!

the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable along with temperature control and no noise. The staff was extremely friendly. Hope to stay there next year when we are in Green Bay!

I was quite impressed with the decor of the room and especially liked the walk-in shower and granite tile in the bathroom. I have never stayed in a hotel with a walk-in other than in a handicapped room. What a pleasure, especially with the seat in the shower.

We had a wonderful stay. We had a group up there for the youth bowling state tournament and we were impressed with every thing and really enjoyed our stay there. From now on when I am up in Green Bay I will be staying there.
