Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff! The staff at this Holiday Inn were absolutely wonderful! From the front desk, to the cleaning staff, the waitresses and hotel manager....they were all welcoming and friendly. I was greeted everyday by any staff I passed by as they were always checking to see if we needed anything. Southern hospitality at it's finest! The hotel has apparently had some renovations as the front lobby, business center and restaurant are very up to date and modern. I thought perhaps it was a newer hotel, but the other areas told me it is not. The rooms and elevators could use an update. I would have liked to have seen these updates in those areas as well, but with that said, our room was very clean upon arrival and also with daily cleaning. I also noticed that this particular location was very quiet and my husband and I slept well. Lastly, the food we were served (both individually in the restaurant and my husband's meetings/events) was very good. March 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Reliable, quality accommodations Have stayed here about 15 times over as many years and through about 3-4 different hotel names and management. The staff is always their best asset - friendly, caring, courteous and professional. Rooms are comfortable and have been upgraded twice if I recall correctly. Convenient location with free shuttle/car service to nearby airport. The only thing is that food quality (not the wait staff) has been uneven/inconsistent. Sometimes it's good, other times not so good. This year was not so good. Still, I will stay here again. March 22, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Hotel Experience in a while Where do I start, no HOT water in the mornings. I realize everyone is probabaly taking showers around the same time, however it's a hotel figure out how to make sure everyone has HOT water. Not enough outlets in the room. I had to unplug lights just to charge phones and work on my computer. Sink was clogged up, came back from work one day and the shower curtain was gone, it took two calls and one visit to the desk. Over an hour before I could take a shower, I was late for a client dinner. Television signal was weak. Certain channels would come in other's would fade while watching. Only bright spot was the food and Stephanie. She took time to remeber youre name and dring and even what you ate.. As an IHG member I expect more. Will not stay here next time i visit March 16, 2015
