Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by lousy experience I've stayed in Holiday Inn properties all over the U.S.A. This is without a doubt the worst one I've ever stayed at. The hallways were dirty and stained. The elevator was dirty. One of the stairways had a stain on it that looked like blood. The curtains in the room were water stained plus the ceiling was stained and falling in. We were afraid to walk on the carpet in our room because we weren't sure what we may be walking on. After check out we got a cup of coffee which was luke warm. I told the attendant about it and she sort of shrugged it off. I hate to be so negative but the total experience was horrible. May 9, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Poor Property The room was dirty, it smelled heavily of smoke, it was a horrible experience. I stayed in 4 Holiday Inn properties last week, this was so poor, that I will never stay there again. We ate in the hotel. The food was good, but the appeitzers came with the dinner and my cheesecake was warm.....it was not good. May 6, 2013

Non recognition of Priority Club Members has to be the most disappointing thing at this hotel even after asking for as Platinum Elite member. Facility is very subpar no room upgrade after request. I normally stay exclusively at Holiday Inn but will stay with another brand when in this area. April 20, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by VERY BAD!!!!!! We stayed just one night and when we were getting ready to leave I took my Diamond ring off to lotion my hands. Yes, it was my fault to leave it on the corner of the bed, but I called and we were back there in 30 min. The cleaning girl kept saying she didn't see it and it must be in the laundry. The front desk clerk said she went back and looked all over the room and it wasn't there. My husband said he was calling the police and we were not leaving until we go my ring. It was very funny that the ring showed up behind the refrigerator opposite from where she said she shook the sheets. I feel she took it and wasn't going to give it back until my husband said he was calling the police and we weren't leaving until we got it back. The front clerk said the cleaning girls lie all the time and who know what else. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A HOLIDAY INN IN GREENVILLE AGAIN, NOT EVEN IF IT IS ANOTHER LOCATION. In fact I will never visit Greenville again. Infact when we were checking in another couple was talking to a staff member saying they had missing stuff and she said they couldn't do anything about it!!!! If this is what they thing service is this place will close down very soon and make the Holiday inn brand look very very bad!!! April 17, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Overall. The room was dirty and VERY dusty!! A handle was missing from the dresser....we opened the phone book and a straight razor blade was inside. The restaurant is closed to early. (9AM). No restaurants or activities nearby. Must travel 85 to get to anything. April 16, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Service When I arrived I asked the front desk clerk if there were any complimentary upgrades available. I asked her three times and was ignored every time. I was not recognized as a platinum member and was given a room without a refrigerator or microwave even though my business partner was given a similar room down the hall from me with both amenities. On the second morning, I was woken up around 8am by the incredibly loud service staff who were yelling (obscenities included) up and down the hallways. When one of the maids knocked on my door shortly thereafter I asked her several times if she could come back at a later time. She rudely replied "I guess, whatever". At that point I decided to cut my stay short and left a day ahead of time. I generally spend 75-100 nights a year in a hotel, most of them IHG brands. This location does not come close to living up to the standards that I've come to expect from this wonderful group. I will continue to stay in IHG hotels but will never return to this location and strongly suggest that people look elsewhere for their hotel needs. April 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service I arrived flustered and very unfamiliar with the area. The staff was wonderful! They helped me with directions. Had dry cleaning that needed to be taken care of and needed it back the next morning. That problem was attended to. The room was comfortable and clean. Next time I travel to this area this hotel will be my choice again. March 31, 2013
