Overall was good. Was not recognized as Platinum member at check in. Was not offered gift or points, nor was anything posted to my account. Air conditioner did not work very well and was very noisy. Housekeeping did not show up. Upon calling front desk, was told that too many of them called in sick. A very nice lady came to our door with more bathroom supplies but I had to make the bed. I think they just had some staffing issues that day, probably not normal as my experience with Holiday Inn in the past has always been wonderful. I recommend the hotel for location and it has a nice lobby and decent breakfast, nice people working there. The room was nice if it wasn't for the noisy air conditioner, which really didn't work but at least the fan on it did. No other issues, worth staying there.

This was a predictable and consistent Holiday Inn. The only issues were the dirty pool, spa and a barking dog down the hall each morning. Pleasantly surprised to find a free breakfast provided, and unpleasantly surprised to find we could not check in until 4pm so we left and came back.

When one says "you get what you pay for" it's usually said with negative connotations, but I believe that what we paid is exactly what we should have paid. Good, clean, big rooms, great service, kind people from front desk to the gentleman doing the breakfast. The breakfast was free for me because I'm an IHG member, and I'm glad it was free. It wasn't anything special but it was sure a lot better than places where I've paid extra for "breakfast buffets", and the food was pretty fresh and I appreciated that they had fruit (more than bananas
