The restaurant breakfast was hot and tasty and all the employees really bent over backwards to make everything perfect. GREAT place. We left our car there, while we went on a cruise and ...it was still there when we returned....unharmed! :) April 9, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor restaurant service We stayed one night before cruise departure the next day. The fan on the A/C unit was very loud and woke us several times during the night. Our family had a second room and mentioned the A/C unit was loud also. There were kids were running and yelling in the halls at 2:00 am (it was spring break) There was no counter space in the bathroom to set anything down. Breakfast was average, were out of eggs when we arrived and had to wait several minutes. The service in the restaurant was horrible. There seemed to be enough employees but it took them forever to get our drink order and once we had drinks, never checked on us again. We did leave our vehicle in the parking lot while on the cruise. Back lot has concrete wall around it to feel like it was safe. When I made reservations, I was told there was a shuttle to the port but when we checked in, we learned there was not. So be prepared to pay taxi fare to port. I wouldn't say we won't stay there again but would consider other options first. April 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed stay Hotel was in close distance to bus stops. One day it rained and desk called a cab for us. Ate at resturant first night and the service and food were excellent. Was under impression every room had a microwave which mine didn't but otherwise room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again if ever in the area. April 2, 2015
