Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel in good location with good service and rooms This hotel is excellent for cruisers, because it is in a good location 5-10 min to ship, and taxis are available all the time, and they will call one for you. It is also close to French Quarter, etc. Food was good, rooms and pool were nice. Clean rooms, good food, nice friendly staff. Cruise and park packages are the best price. August 11, 2015

My mother and aunt were impressed with her willingness to assist them when they got there. They enjoyed there stay at your hotel. My mother stated that Latonya needs manage the front desk all the time due to the tremendous exceptional customer service provided by her. She took the time to explain or give advice about what to see in the city. I want to say that she was very professional and courteous on the phone with me. New Orleans is a place in which I would like to visit and now since my mother and aunt enjoyed their stay there. I will be staying at this hotel in the future for a visit. Please reward/promote Latonya for her dedication to customer service while my relatives stayed at your hotel. I am a firm believer that it is the people who represent the company well that makes a company succeed. August 1, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by OK Stay... Barely Wet, dirty towel in bathroom on arrival was a bad start. Noisy AC unit did not help. No recognition as reward club member not really a big deal until I needed a late checkout time. Smell of smoke in a non-smoking room another minus. Otherwise, bed was very comfortable, and room well furnished. I have stayed here before with better results, but for the price, I may try elsewhere next time. July 29, 2015
