Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff The staff members at the hotel were very professional. They made the say a little bit better. Every time I walked by the lobby desk I was greeted. Of note if you check in and have Teresa, she is wonderful and she seemed to have fresh cookies on the counter when she worked. The staffs, in the restaurant were very attentive to all the customers February 9, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient with great staff Have stayed at multiple places when I often work in New Orleans and I must say that by far this hotel hits all the needs of comfort and quality. The staff greets you each time you enter the lobby. The room is kept very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms are kept very clean and sanitary. Parking is free!!!! There is a restaurant/bar that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is good with decent prices!!! So, when I leave the job I am doing, I can go up to my room, grab a cool beverage, make calls, go downstairs and get a good meal and a few adult beverages. Then I can walk to elevator, go up to room and enjoy the rest of the evening. Don't have to worry about driving to go out to eat. Thoroughly enjoy this location. February 4, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel The holiday Inn West Bank Tower is a great place to stay and relax. The hotel is located in a great position to maneuver in and around new Orleans. The bar and restaurant are fantastic and offer a relaxing place to unwind. The staff are courteous and kind. I highly recommend this hotel for all of these reason to include the price. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Adaquate Hotel Good Parking, Easy to find, When I got to the door of my room, I thought "Oh-no", looked like a prison... When I opened the door, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was modern, big TV, Keurig coffee maker, nice set-up, comfortable. As with all holiday inns; bring your own towels and wash clothes.....I seem to always have hair or stains on mine. The restaurant was completely under staffed but the food was good. The internet was slow. I was here for business, if I come back to this area; I will stay here again. January 29, 2016
