I work hard all day and when I get back to the hotel the ladies at the front desk always have a warm happy uplifting greeting. My laundry is there and my room is spotless.

I took advantage of the park and cruise package. I found it a little hard to find the hotel, but when I did I was very happy to find that this was a gem. When I check in I was greated with a smile and checked right in. The room that I had was clean and up to date. The food in the bar was well priced and tasted great. I plan on another cruise next year and will stay again at the hotel. The price was outstanding. Overall I would say this is an awesome place. As a former General Manager of several hotel I can say without a doubt this is a great place to stay!

Customer service doesn't exist in this place.
Staying in hotels over 280 nights a year I am a member of this brand of Priority Club. Not once was I greeted as a Priority member. When I mentioned it only then was it explained to me the so-called benefits at this property. I was told I would receive 20% off each meal in the attached restaurant-- never happened. Further, when ordering anything from room service I was told by the order taker that it would just be quicker to come down and get it myself. Nice!
Parking at this property is also a nightmare.
When staying in NOLA, spend the extra money and stay across the river.

My first trip to New Orleans was a great experience and the Holiday Inn New Orleans West Bank Tower made it worry free. We had great service from the front desk, restaurant was handy for breakfast or a drink. The best part was proximity to ferry that went to Toulouse Wharf which was close to French Quarter and sightseeing. That meant no traffic hassles!

We enjoyed our stay here. If you are tired and don't want to head out for dinner, the restaraunt was good. The hotel is located close to the cruise terminal and other popular locations. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This Hotel was awaesome..Large rooms..Awesome Staff...Free Parking...other hotels were charging 30+ to park.....Hotel Art Work was Beautiful...Security Guard on the evening/night shift was Professional and Courteous. Will Stay again....

We stayed the weekend with our 12 year old basketball team, and this hotel was very clean, close to restraunts and staff went out of their way with anything we needed. Front desk staff was very courtious and very patient with our children. Only comment was our room faced hwy/overpass and at night could hear traffic. So request city view if you plan to stay. Restraunt in hotel food was good, however service very slow.

This Holiday in was clean and confortable. It's location was great, however the staff at the front desk was rude as heck. the day of check-in my flight arrived early so i made my way to the hotel only to ask what time check-in was. Before i could get any word out the lady at the fromt counter screamed, "WE DON'T HAVE ANY ROOMS!". Little did she know that i already had a reservation and was only asking a question. A few nights later while returning from work, there was a lady mopping in front of the front desk. She has a wet floor sign out but it was no where near the Elevator. As i pressed the elevator button i again heard a loud scream, "What are you doing? Step away from the elevator! I'll press the button and you can come back when it's here, I'm mopping!" It was aweful the way she said it. If they had respectable staff my stay would have been AWESOME. And I am a priority member, wow

Have stayed here multiple times as I have a child at Tulane. Good value and good location. Staff are friendly and competent. Have never had an issue here!!

Front desk very good service.
House keeping a poor service. Two days with out house keeping is pretty bad. Hotels during vacations is to relax and it is the first time that we received a poor service at a holiday inn. Instead of help I received an agressive anwser from a house skiping person on duty. you should review this.
I believe you can improve house keeping service at this location.

Everyone was so polite and happy with the job that they were doing.They were all so kind and went out of thier way to make our stay comfortable. We had to change rooms and it seemed like everyone went out of thier way to satisfy us. A great place to stay and near The French Quarter.

Stay here frequently, it is an outstanding hotel and the service is spectacular. Not only that but it is a great value to staying downtown with free parking and cheaper rates. Only 5 minute drive to the SuperDome area.

I wanted to stay in the downtown area but it was too expensive during my conference. I had a good experience at this location and when availability changed downtown, the staff was very accommodating to help me move to a more convenient location. It's not the most scenic property because of the freeway but, I would stay here again.

Concerning the room, it was great; clean, quite and large. Concerning the restaurant experience - go to another restaurant unless you like "European" type service; you know the kind where you wait FOREVER for your server to come up after you've sat down, wait FOREVER for your server to bring you your food, wait FOREVER for your server to bring you your requested beverage, etc, etc, etc. Would have given the Overall Experience an excellent mark except for the restaurant - it was that bad. If you stay at this hotel, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to dine!

Great place for work or fun, staff is great and so is the food and drinks. Close to downtown easy to get to, rooms are clean and neat and the staff is outstanding.

The hotel overall is average.
Lobby - is very nice and welcoming.
Elevators - were clean and secure.
Hallways - were clean and secure.
Rooms - were nice.
Bathroom - outdated, small. (The toilet and tub were in the same room. You open the door and the door is at the tub. If someone was on the toilet, you would never be able to open door. Could barely move to get dressed after shower)
Cleanliness - ok. Room was fine but bathroom had footprints on that small floor, also dirt and hair.

Room was very updated, clean, and comfortable.
The staff was very polite and anxious to help any way they could.
Only downside was traffic noise and distance from French Quarter, but a cab was easy to get and not very expensive.
I would stay there again.
