This hotel is in the average the rooms are nice and the location is good, however, I have a couple of non-conformities related with the service itself:
1.- The use of the printer in the business center is too expensive. $7 pesos per sheet. I have been staying in a lot of hotels, not only holiday inn, also Hampton Inn, Courtyard, Marriot, and usually I don't have to pay for the sheets that I print, or at least not at this cost.
2.- My rate included a breakfast, I didn't take it because I left the hotel early, so I told my wife to do it, and they didn't let her to take it because the room was under my name. This is not acceptable for me, the excuse they gave me in the front desk is that they didn't have in the records that 2 persons were in the room, but, during the check in my wife was with me in the front desk, and the lady never asked for something like that.
I hope you can put attention on this.

Perfect for business travel, and relax after work, excellent service.
The food is good, although I would recommend take the opportunity to eat out and try regional food places as the hotel has an excellent location.

Las habitaciones están bien insonorizadas, el personal es muy agradable y siempre están dispuestos a colaborar en lo que se requiera, el servicio de internet es gratuito si estás hospedado en el hotel y funciona bastante bien.
Deben revisar los detalles de los toma corriente ya que no hay suficientes en las habitaciones o están ubicados en sitios incómodos.
La comida está por encima del promedio de lo que se consigue en otros hoteles de la zona.

I am very disappointed because I was stayed at Holiday Inn Selected in Guadalajara and during that week the internet was incredibly slow so I had to move back to Crowne Plaza Hotel because I could not work at all.
Please be careful with this detail

Es una lástima que el internet de "alta velocidad" sea más lento todavía que Infinitum, se desconecte cada 2 segundos y todavía te aparece la opción si quieres comprar tiempo de internet, eso si que es una burla, querer cobrar por un servicio que no existe. Ojalá y cambien o reparen esto que tiene más de 1 año desde la última vez que lo reporté, pero parece que estas reseñas sólo son vistas por huéspedes y no por quién se debería preocupar por solucionar estos problemas.
