房间内设施有些陈旧,卫浴等品脾虽然是当时非常好的,但明显已经很多年不曾更换了。
酒店位置比较好,不过奇怪的是正门不在大马路上,下雨天绕着楼走了一圈才找到门。
酒店服务还算不错的。
入住的11楼走廊里就闻到烟味,但11楼是无烟楼层。
总体来说,比附近的中心皇冠假日性价比差一些,虽然价格上要便宜一点。

It is available to enjoy entertainments in the hotel, i.e. KTV.

We have stayed at this property every year since 2009. We continue to return because it is a great value and the staff are excellent! The free transfer from the Guangzhou East Rail Station is always appreciated. Then the hotel is only a short walk to Tiajin Metro for easy access to all parts of the city. The Executive Club and its personnel are outstanding. The staff are warm, friendly and professional and speak excellent English. They provide great service throughout the day and especially during the evening happy hour. The happy hour features cocktails, wine and beer with hot/cold foods with a good variety of choices. During the day you can enjoy cold soft drinks or tea/coffee along with light snacks. Again, delicious! Although breakfast is served in the Club, we prefer to have it in Cafe Cascade. Ms. Fanny and her associates as well as the chefs do a great job. We prefer the Chinese dishes but there are plenty of Western dishes too. We will continue to use the Holiday Inn City Centre each time we return to China!

i check in last march 2, for a 3 night stay with your hotel. I had stay with your hotel couple of times, i even recommend your hotel to my cousin. but during my stay , i was greatly disappointed with the services that was render to me.
My negative comments:
1. when i check in to my room , the first thing that greet me was a uncomfortable smell of damp , inside the room, which i had to call housekeeping , which they send someone immediately to spray some fragrant spray , just to cover the unpleasant smell.
when i check the cooler switch , to turn on the aircon, i found out it's not working , no aircon / heater service. i think it's busted. which i didnt want to complain, just ask the chambermaid to open the window, to let the fresh air come in., which she did after letting me sign some waiver. ( which i found it somewhat strange#.
2. buffet breakfast , which is included my room, i found it poor selection and taste , the price i am paying is not worth it. better
buy your breakfast burger at burger king, which i think much better taste
3. i do suggest to retrain your staff regarding customer service.
like the one at the gym on march 3 , lack customer service,. the guy just show me the steam area and left me without any fresh new towel and how to use the locker . and he also fail to inform me that the door will auto lock it self inside , which it did when i when out of the room and have to bang the door so hard several times just to get his attention , that i need assistance . # wow what a service)
LASTLY my guest was complaining how rude and impolite your parking attendant in the basement area, he was shouting at them as if he didn't want them to partk their car at the basement parking area, even thou they inform him they have breakfast with me at your cafe. is that the way you train your staff at holiday inn , it's embarrassing to stay at your hotel, especially when i receive complain from my friend/ supplier.

What was most memorable during our stay was that on my wife's birthday, the General Manager sent a cake to our room. This was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise and made our day. We respect this hotel and Management which looks after its guests like a family would. In Guangzhou I only stay at Holiday Inn. Now I understand why.
The staff have always been courteous, smiling and helpful. I appreciate that.
I have been a Director of a large corporate and I appreciate the effort and training that goes into ensuring that the customer is well looked after and comes back again and again because he knows that someone cares.
Well done Holiday Inn Guangzhou.

以前住过几次感觉还不错,今年生日之际正好出去玩就再次选择入住,没想前台连一句“生日快乐”都没有,完全没有宾至如归的感觉。客房服务的员工更是离谱,出门时我挂出打扫房间的牌子,没想到回来后看见牌子被挂回房间,但却没做任何清洁,与我出门时一样,当时已是深夜,我也没心情找酒店任何人反映此事。不知道洲际集团是如何管理下属品牌酒店的,也不知文化假日是如何对员工进行培训,此次入住的感觉实在很差。

白金卡升级后的房间尚可,浴室设施一般。整体服务有待提高,尤其是停车场的服务非常差,服务态度恶劣。餐饮收费高,大堂吧的酒水费贵,不适合商业交谈使用。如进行改善,能成为可期待性酒店。

近地铁淘金站,方便出行。附近酒吧也不少。周边不少餐饮也在广州很出名。游泳池夏天很好。冬天没敢去试,室外的。房间有点老旧。其他体验都不错

Have always stayed here whilst visiting the Canton Fair in October. Unfortunately I wasn't able to visit last year but my husband did - who is easily pleased. He didn't say too much so I re-booked for this visit.
As we normally do, we book the Club Room. Within the last 2 years I feel the hotel is now very stale. The food in the Club Room has not changed. The furniture is not fresh looking anymore and the rooms are also starting to look very dated.
We were to return to the Holiday Inn for the 3rd phase of the fair but canceled our reservations and booked the Crowne Plaza down the road.
Saying these comments about the hotel - the staff is still fantastic.

总体感觉是假日酒店的服务标准,就是早餐用餐座位不多,也比较狭窄,端着盘子的客人从后面经过,总感觉会洒在自己身上。而且朋友开车过来接,车子也不好停在门口,因为地方有限,就出去绕了一圈再过来接,耽误了一些时间。
房间没有问题,对咱会员还是很礼貌热情的,希望酒店能够把餐厅用餐区域扩建一些,早上用餐的客人还是够多的。

i have been staying this hotel for few times however it really need to be renovated. i call the housekeeping to open the windows for me to breath some fresh air as it is locked. i hope the management can do something.

Shihab Locations and value for money
I was in guangzchu for business and leisure with my partners. Hotel was in ideal location and easy access to market, metro, and other related area we want. Had few Indian restaurant around.
