The restaurant manager (Mark) and staff always remembers our family and welcome us warmly. Their personal, friendly service is a highlight of our stay and a prime reason for our continued, regular visits to this hotel.

Nice that it has a shuttle to Six Flags but it did not leave on time
Purchased breakfast buffet but would have rather gone someplace and had a better breakfast for more money

The hotel was at full capacity and there were a couple of celebrations going on involving drinking. For the most part the stay was satisfactory. We asked for additional coffee packets, shampoo and conditioner (one bottle for myself and three teen age girls isn't enough). We got a night maintenance man, that didn't seem to experienced with room service--he came to the room asking what we wanted with some notes he had. We explained and he returned with 10 bottles of shampoo and conditioner with no coffee. We asked about the coffee and he came back quite a bit later with some, no cups though. The girls went down to the front desk and the night attendant seemed annoyed that he was being bothered and gave them two coffee mugs. We looked at them and one of them was filthy dirty. Other than that we actually had a fairly nice time. The walls seemed a bit thin, I could clearly hear the neighbors.
