Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Breakfast, Shuttle Service, and Hospitality Our business trip would not have been successful without the help of Holiday Inn. They provided transportation (shuttle bus) from the Gwangju airport to the hotel. Also, every day was taken care of with shuttle bus by hotel employee to our conference outside of Gwangju. Breakfast was perfect and timing was good right before our shuttle bus departure. Staff was courteous and nice. Would have liked to be able to purchase a swimming cap so that I could use it throughout my whole week stay. Had to rent a cap every time I used the pool which was not mentioned upfront. Also, fitness center is not 24-hours and opens at 6AM. Otherwise, I can't complain on the value and service here. Location is a bit far from the center of downtown but it was peaceful. Still, it's just a 10-15 minute walk so not too bad. Hotel books up quickly so our host had to ask to extend our stay even though their rooms were tight over the weekend. November 9, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel. I was staying with a family trip to the Holiday Inn Gwangju. Overall Length yiyeotda favorite. The bed was also comfortable side, the room was fine state also. In the subway station nearby was convenient transportation. In particular, points to provide a free breakfast for elementary students liked. Antakkawotda Inge is a bad room view. But the service, room status, was very satisfied. November 5, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent stay Stayed for a week for a conference. Staff were polite and efficient. Rooms comfortable and clean. There was a query on whether breakfast was included which was dealt with personally by the Manager. I was very impressed by this Hotel and would definitely recommend it. It is slightly out of town, very close to the Conference centre. There are good buses and a metro There are shops and restaurants nearby. The only thing I did not like was the window from the bedroom to the bathroom. Now very out of date. I realise nothing can be done about this but note for the future. October 22, 2014
