Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A lemmon !! My room had no more hot water at 11pm Bar fridge and kettle with coffee is situated on the ground of the cupboard and is not ergonomically friendly. I stay in many of the group hotels and this is the first time i see this. I also had an issue with the breakfast. I showed the manager and he said he would look into it. The bacon had black patches on it for some reason. When i checked out, the front desk said they were sorry and there is nothing they can do. February 9, 2015

At arrival, I was impressed by the hotel outer and inner view. It continued with the kindness of the service staff, special offers over the year-end period. The rooms were nice and neat as well as spacy enough for 2 adults and one child. I can only recommend to stay. January 4, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Serviece Experience at the Holiday Inn Gwangju. I strongly remcommend this hotel to whom looking for fine hotel in Gwangju. Once you get into Lobby a bellman with big smile will approach you to help you out. All you need to do is let him carry your luggage and follow his lead. Hospitality at the front desk staff is excellent and wait for until they assign your room. What I was really urprised was Bellman was wating for you and assist you room. I know, it is their job but, it was really exceptional. You can truly feel kindness from Concierge Desk especially. I would like to compliment bellman who helped me supporting my trip schedule. Ryan deserve to be prised. He booked taxi for me and advised driver a short cut before departure.Those little behavior made me feel someone cares me even in abroad. Thanks a lot Ryan.
