Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The prefect hotel for business and lessure From arrival to departure, I felt treated as a special guest all the time. The attention from the staff was superb. The dinner and breakfast was fantastic, and my practical work on the lap-top could be done without problems. The hotel has a nice river view, with walking tracks just outside the door, at the same time you are not far from the city center. I just love this hotel May 25, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good with decrease We stay in Hamburg for 3 Nights. Sunday Marathon and the days before sightseeing. Overall the Hotel is OK - just one minor and one incomprehensibly thing. The minor thing was the air conditioning is controlled central and makes too loud noises in the night. The incomprehensibly thing I will describe in the following. I asked the concierge whether I coud use the shower in the wellness area after the marathon because we have to leave the room by 12 PM. The concierge answered with no. So I asked after the GM and the concierge explained to me that this is an instruction of the GM. I said that this is incredible. Regrettably the next hihger employee, who sit left from the reception and could listen to our talk, thought to his self that it is not necessary to react. - In the end I used the wellness area of an other hotel where a friend stayed - for them it was ok. This experience blur our Hamburg visit and I can not understand why a Hotel treat the guests that way because finally an event like the marathon is advertising for the whole city and the participant spend money for hotles, restaurants and other activities in Hamburg so that one could expect an obliging service! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by prima Hotel, nur sehr laute Straßengeräusche Es war ein kurzer Zwischenaufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern in Restaurant / Bar, nur an der Rezeption konnte nicht viel Auskunft gegeben werden. Mit dem Bus erreicht man schnell die Innenstadt. May 16, 2015
