Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 服务人员工作技能待加强,糟糕的入住经历 元宵节入住,第二次入住,总体感受细节不够好。员工的客户导向及责任心待加强。1、晚上21:40分左右客房服务中心没人接听电话,多次尝试仍没有接听。2、电话告知前台,后期才直接转由前台接听。3、因修指甲,需要护理包,前台告知没有,理由竟然是:我们酒店都没有,连我们的行政客房都没有配备。请问这是HI的服务标准、标准配备和客户导向吗?4、因CD订房,条款下午4点退房,但下午两点服务人员电话告知最晚三点退房,延时需要加钱。提出异议后,竟然说这是酒店政策。最终协调前台才解决。对制度很不熟悉。 February 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 开年的惊喜 一直住这家酒店,个人认为是洲际旗下杭州市区性价比最高的酒店。 早餐:比洲际皇冠和另一个假日都花样多。 地点:居中,到各个方向都不太远。 服务:温馨为主,比钱江新城的洲际好太多。 打车:酒店有叫车仪器,加上打车软件,还算OK,杭州打车总是很难的。 客房:稍微老旧了一些,但有几个楼层是新装修的。 停车:这是短板,地上和地下的车库地方都太小,加上白天写字楼的停车,非常拥挤,不过每次停车也都能解决。 这次退房那天是元宵节,退房时碰上酒店开展舞狮庆祝活动,开年的第一次入住有此惊喜,真是个好兆头。 February 19, 2014
