Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Missing Towel Being Asked If In had "mistakenly" taken with me a towel was embarassing, to say the list. The room towels can never be "mistakenly" taken away, they are certainly not as small as room pens !. Big and unique as they are, one can only intentionally take them away, an act called stealing. That implication certainly affected me. I guess you have a right to ask if indeed the towel went missing after I checked out, but I hope efforts were made to ensure the "missing" towel was certainly in the room before check in. I feel so bad, it"s like I am being accused of being a towel thief. While you have the right to safe guard your property, I wish there was a better way to do it, a way that would not affect your guests' conscience, especially one who has absolutely no idea what you will be asking about. It's like a colleague telling you they are missing some money which, as they claim, was available before your presence. Even when you know you have nothing to do with the missing funds, you feel bad, really bad. For the record, I have been staying in your hotels since 2008, and, if I have been taking things all along, then I need redemption ! If it is a habit I have just started, then God help me !
