I will not hesitate to give full names and my opinion of virtually any staff member who go out of their way to frustrate my holiday inn experience, whatever the guidelines. I believe you are getting it right somehow there is indeed something to come back for at holiday inn even well after the IHG Rewards scheme. keep going I love it! November 4, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely Hotel I am a regular at the Holiday Inn, Harare and being a Gold Member also does help as the treatment is above board! The friendliness of the staff is amazing, even when one asks not so clever questions they still answer with a smile. The room I slept in was absolutely beautiful and i am going to request for it as I will be at the hotel again this weekend. Keep up the good work. One thing though, Holiday Inn needs to work on the air conditioning as they are old and a bit noisy. other than than highly recommended. I have traveled all over the world and this hotel is one of myfavorites October 31, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Felt very secure and comfortable I think more work could be done to improve the bathroom as the tub and toilet are now on the older side compared to designs on the market. The air conditioner needs to be upgraded to a more silent and remote controlled. It should also be located somewhere high up the wall and not at the bottom where there is obstruction to air circulation. October 7, 2014
