Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Business Hotel Very good hotel strategically placed when you have business meetings. reliable shuttle to and from airport and i presume other places. Very comfortable rooms for a business traveler with a variety of TV channels including local ones. Elevators need replacement though and the bathroom needs to be revamped a bit. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend. August 27, 2014

As I was not a Holiday Inn fan I was presently surprised on my first visit at the service, reliability and helpfulness of the staff. I will definitely continue to use the Hotel due to comfort, locality and affordability. August 8, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by ODDITY OF COMFORTABLE AMENITIES AND POOR SERVICE I generally found the amenities and guest room including ambience comfortable although the room lighting is not to bright for those without sharp eyesight for reading. The greatest letdown was with the staff all round. Eventually smiling at a guest and being polite does not compensate for slow shoddy service. The guest politely smiles back while grinding his teeth! The buffet provisions are rather too ordinary, to be digested with a resigned sigh. I suppose I need the overnight stay points so I suppose I will slog on with suffering patients. July 4, 2014
