Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service The level of English at the hotel is unacceptable . The rooms were hot and thermostats are not adjustable. Club floor staff and not professional or prepared to meet needs of business travellers . When I asked for fast service for dry leaning I had to be forceful and demand it be ready by am by using my Mandarin speaking associate. Smoking in lobby by patrons is unacceptable . Cost of hotel given the service and staff available is unacceptable . Location is awesome as it is right on downtown pedestrian mall but I won't stay again. As a Platinum member it is worst hotel for price I have stayed at. April 3, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good location in Harbin - poor quality room Have stayed at the HI Harbin a few times before. OK hotel for the money, however last stay was a bit of a challenge. The heating in the room could not be turned down. Staff told me to open a window, which resulted in poor sleep due to high level noise from the street. Not the kind of service one would expect from a HI hotel. Had an upgrade as platinum member, however this hotel does not include free breakfast for Platinum members. Ordered breakfast during booking - this was not registered at arrival. Free internet is fine - if only the speed was not slower than EDGE on my mobile:-( (This is a general problem in all the Chinese hotels I stay in). When downloading or sending files larger than 28k, I always use 3G on my mobile. A joke really, considering this is 2014 and not the early days of internet. April 1, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 近期体验不好 我把最近三次的体验总结起来就是体验不好.天津的已经填写过了.哈尔滨和呼和浩特的我就不想再填写调查问卷了,所选项可以忽略.天津的情况我就不再重复反馈了 我只写哈尔滨和呼和浩特的情况 1 哈尔滨 离店的那天上午,我十点多回到房间时窗户是开着的,房间里没人(工作人员),门外也没有任何正在打扫卫生等标志物. 我不明白贵店是否有这种工作流程(打扫卫生前先开窗通风多少时间)? 2 呼和浩特 入住的时候居然给我的是里面住着人的房间. 我的会员号 411881274 不知道这样是否可以得到管理人员的书面答复? March 28, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Business Visit 28th Feb 2014 The hotel location is fantastic, it is at the bottom of "walking Street" which is one of the main tourist areas in Harbin with a vast range of shopping and dining opportunities. Check in was quick and efficient, as I am a Platinum member I was upgraded to a superior room. In general terms the room is excellent BUT at this time of Year the air-conditioning in the hotel is all turned off and as I like a cool/cold room to sleep in this was a problem to myself. As the ambient temperature in the hotel is way too hot for comfort for myself when sleeping and there is no way you can cool your bedroom down except open the windows which then lets in all of the street noise (constant traffic noise) and rely on the external temperature to cool the room (not exactly the most accurate temperature control in the world) The recently refurbished café Paris is very, very nice and the breakfast choice is wide and plentiful, ask the staff for fresh fried eggs or an omelette if you want one. The Red Lion "pub" is genuinely quiet and a nice place to relax and have a beer, but beware smoking is still permitted, as it is in all common areas of the hotel, this is normal for China. One bad point of the "pub" is the food service, the food is ok, but the service is dire, do not be at all surprised to receive your food at different times to each other and it is very unlikely the dishes will all arrive at the same time. i.e. if you order French Fries and Pizza don't expect them to arrive together. All in all, it's a good hotel and its location, makes up for a lot of shortfalls. March 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 服务仍需提高 对夜间需要提供额外被子的事情极度不满意,虽然客房内有毛毯,但是我需要的被子。前台未与房务中心联系的情况下就告知因为满房而没有额外的被子提供,我不知道是不是洲际集团的酒店棉织品配置都是如此?1比1配置棉织品如何保证对被芯的清洗和消毒?国家标准要求酒店配置的公共用品应当以3比1的比例进行配比,请问是否真正的做到?我对客房服务员在看到我女儿第二天早上留下的便签后加铺了用被套套住的毛毯,同时在我们当天一回到酒店就接到房务中心打来的慰问电话的行为感到满意,但是我对酒店没有配备足够数量的棉织品以及当时接电的前台人员的态度感到不满意,希望以后能够及时改进。 February 10, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 酒店好,服务好 酒店地理位置很好,对面就是中央大街,到各个旅游点都非常方便。前台办理入住和退房效率都很好,而且耐心解答问题,虽然电话频响,但能看出所有员工都在尽力满足客人的需求。我住的楼层有一个行政酒廊,麻雀虽小但五脏俱全,该具有的服务都有,接待台的工作员工笑容甜美,服务快速,这么巧跟前台一样电话总是不停的在响,而又是一位工作人员当班,晚上用餐的客人也不少,貌似有点忙不过来,但也算有条不紊。总体感觉虽然硬件设施稍差,但从服务方面可以弥补,毕竟现在几乎都是90后的孩子们在工作,也不能像要求军队那样要求她们吧。 January 24, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by over priced, old and tied hotel, in good location The room is no better than the lobby, old and tired, needs renovation, we stayed in club room, but had no bath. The club room was worst I have been in, it was nearly impossible to get anything to drink. There was always one girl at the club reception desk, what she got paid for it difficult to understand. None of the girls thought getting club members drinks was part of their job description. The club reception girls at the desk without exception ignored us, preferring to stay chatting on the phones, obviously social calls. There were no self serve drinks so we were always left waiting for up to 15 minutes for the girls to finish their phone calls. We had to go and interrupt her personal phone call, to get drinks. She knew we were waiting but choose to keep chatting and giggling. One staff receptionist spent more time in the club toilet than in the club room when we were there. one day the cleaner forgot to make up our room, we came home at 6pm, and had to ring reception. The towels were dreadfully old. The food at breakfast was second rate, what you would expect in 2 star hotel. January 22, 2014
