Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Outstanding Service I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn for several nights. I found that the process of checking in and out were completed quickly by staff members who were not only friendly but knowledgeable of the surrounding area. They were able to recommend places to shop and spend time throughout the day. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and found the food to be served quickly, delicious, and the price was more than fair. I had a few drinks at the bar in the evening and was satisfied with the quality of my drink and the service. The room that I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my stay. I was more than satisfied with every aspect of my stay at this hotel facility and would recommend it to anyone staying in the Harrisburg area. February 25, 2015

The electrical systems need some work....none of my electronics chargers would stay in the outlets. The room temperature was difficult to maintain consistent. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Park and Fly After a Good Night's Sleep What a great idea to be able to get a good night's sleep and be shuttled to the airport early in the morning. When you arrive on your return flight, you get shuttled back to the hotel and your car. We had a comfortable room and enjoyed the shuttle service to the airport. However, the shuttle service for our return was totally unacceptable. We were left waiting in 4 degree temps for over 1 February 21, 2015
