Upon leaving we stopped for gas , my Grand-Daughter realized that she did not have her cell phone with her , so we returned to the hotel in hopes of finding it in the room . We stopped at the front desk to get a new key upon walking down the hall to the room the housekeeping lady approached us as we went to enter the room after we explained what we were looking for and she said she had found it and returned it to us. A big THANK YOU to the housekeeping lady that cleaned room 616 on the morning of the 25th of Jan, Please make sure she hears our THANK YOU. Give her a raise. We were very pleased. January 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ok not the cleanest but staff is very friendly I think Holiday in needs to look at what people see in the rugs on 4th and 5th floors and bathroom floors. They are in a great location and lots of people come thru the front doors and if business is good why put any money into it, doesn't seem to be slowing business down. PS a side note I seen a man with a snow blower cleaning the parking after a snow plow service got done really a 2300 quad with a blade could do it in 40 minutes instead of a man for hrs when he could be cleaning the back stairwell which was filthy. I was a manager of a cleaning service and if I kept my building like that they would have hung me from the roof January 27, 2015
