This Hotel has the most amazing staff, from front desk to shuttle driver. It's the only place I stay when I'm in the area. A little out dated, but very clean and quiet. You will not go wrong staying there.

I've stayed at this property many times over the years when in the area on business. Never disappointed.

arriving after dark presented us our only problem of the night, as we weren't clear about which driveway led into the Holiday Inn. other than that, parking was fine. and we were met at the front desk by Zach and Nathan, who cheerfully greeted my friend and I. Nathan checked us in, and then patiently gave us directions to the event that we wanted to go to, nearby at Life Center. when we came back afterwards, there was a message on our room phone, which turned out to be from Zach, hoping our room was fine. nice touch!
our room was fine! it was pleasantly decorated, and surprisingly large. it was also very clean, so thank you to housekeeping for room 439! my friend that I was travelling with is a flight attendant, and she thought the room was very pleasant, which is a compliment, considering how many hotel rooms she stays in! ~~~ the bathroom was very clean. not gorgeously decorated, but clean and very functional. ~~~ the beds were wonderful. we both agreed that we had a great night's sleep. ~~~ also the thermostat was very responsive. our room had a balcony overlooking a huge swimming pool, which looked like it would be great in the summer.
checkout was easy, bc of an automated system where you could choose to check out from your room if you wanted. ~~~ as we were leaving, a snowstorm was starting, and the gal at the front desk was sweet and cheerful as we were anticipating making our drive home. the lobby is big and bright and pleasant, with extended seating on one end. on the other side and up a few stairs is a small bar/grill which appeared to serve snacks during its open hours. there was no free breakfast, but at least a table was set up that self-served coffee and tea.
the entrance had a ramp and a few stairs.....I was glad for the ramp to wheel my suitcase along.
about a block away is a diner where we went after our event.....it had a large menu, so there are a few options nearby for food. plus, across the street is a large strip mall with a Target, a JC Penney and small stores.
all in all, there was really nothing wanting in this entire experience. oh! as we were leaving, in our hallway the housekeeping had a door open into a suite, and we .peeked in and were amazed at how big and pretty it was, with a separate little living room, etc.
all in all, staying here was a terrific experience. it truly was affordable, and was worth the price. this hotel deserves some awards! a place this nice doesn't happen without a lot of coordinated hard work, and we really appreciated it.
