Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nothing great The hot tub had 1 foot of water, dead crickets and hair at the bottom. The sliding doors from our room to the pool were hard to open. Casey's restaurant was horribly slow sevice and the food was over cocked. We had to send silverware and a glass of O.J. back because it had lipstick on it. Should have walked to Waffle House August 28, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Integrity of staff at East Market St. Harrisonburg VA, On Tuesday morning, 8/19/15 after a lovely stay, we packed up our things and headed for CT. Unfortunately, I left my android tablet in the bed. When I unpacked that night, I realized that it was missing. I also noted a v-mail from a staff member at the Holiday Inn asking us to call. At 6:00 a.m. on 8/20/15, I called the desk at Harrisonburg and explained my situation. The young lady who took the call did not know about the call I had received nor could she find my tablet in the lost and found but she stated she would make sure the manager was informed as soon as she arrived at 7:00 am. The young lady assured me she would take care of it. By 10:00 a.m. the management staff had gotten back to my husband to let us know my tablet was safe with them and arrangements were made to get it back to me. On Saturday 8/22/15, my tablet arrived safely at my home. There are so many variables that could have changed this outcome. I want to thank and commend the Harrisonburg team for their integrity and incredible customer service. Customer service surveys can only ask about things like cleanliness and comfort. I can now add a personal story about the character of the team who took care of us. Thank you all for taking such good care of us and my tablet. More importantly, thank you for honesty and integrity.
