I wasn't able to use my AAA discount, but found another room at a reasonable price that included breakfast. I am confused as to how hotels only allocate a certain # of rooms at IHG member points or AAA discounts, yet they still have rooms available. With the # of people that attended CHOICES, I was just happy to have a room. April 16, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very friendly and helpful staff This was a basic hotel and a little bit hard to find, but the two ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Sent up a rollaway bed right away. Service was wonderful. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was good - nothing special - but it was nice to have it there so we didn't have to go out for dinner. Price was very good - We would stay here again. April 15, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Small beds, iffy bathroom If you start with full size beds (instead of queen) then I guess the potential for a long night exists. Not the most comfortable beds. Add to that the heating/air system cycling on and off all night - its neither smooth nor quiet - made for poor sleep. Bathroom sink is poor design. While shaving the water lands on counter and runs right off the front onto my shoes and pants! Not good. No fan in the bathroom - I don't think I've EVER seen that in a hotel bath. April 14, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Staff The main reason I continue to stay at this hotel has been the people who work there. They have always been knowledgeable and well trained Seeing a familiar face when you check in is very important to road warriors. Recently there has been a revolving door of new people from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. This hotel is old and needs major renovations and if the constant rotation of people continues it will be difficult to remain loyal. The front desk manager and the General manager are great people but the support staff needs to be stabilized. April 13, 2015
