Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff makes visitors welcome While the lobby is undergoing renovation, the staff tried to make the experience very positive. The front desk people were extremely pleasant. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me get to the hotel when a very unpleasant bus driver had no personality nor any consideration for out of area visitors. The next day the staff made sure I got to my meeting at Hackensack Hospital in time. April 19, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Like a 2nd home on the road My company puts us up here all of the time, the guest services,restaurant staff, shuttle drivers are great and very attentive to our needs. Even though the hotel is a little worn and outdated, the service here is superior to most of the services we receive at more upscale hotels. Hasbrouck Heights knows how to cater to Air Crews and with a competitive chain moving in soon just down the street, the talk among our employees is we like it here and want to continue staying here.
