My stay as usual was pleasurable, with one notable exception. Hurricane Sandy, the eye of the storm passed over New Jersey , wreaked havoc and caused a power outage. The only suggestion I would offer would be to use back up generators.

We have stayed at a number of hotels in this area over a number of years and found this to be the best by far. Very comfortable room and generally around the hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The shuttle bus service was a great facility and the friendly and very helpful drivers made the whole thing so easy. Thanks to everyone.
We will certainly be using this hotel the next time we need to stay in this general area.

We had many people book rooms to stay for my daughters wedding at the Casa de Rosa at the Fiesta which is located nearby. The rooms were beautifully updated. Pillows very comfortable. It was a restful, quiet sleep for two nights. We enjoyed the bar downstairs with our guests after the wedding. The front desk staff was very helpful in giving the welcome bags we had made up for each of our guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I manage hotels for a living and this hotel was impressive!! The renovations look great and the rooms are really nice and comfortable. However, the thing that made this hotel stand out was the service! Great service from the Guest Service Reps. at check in to the Van Drivers! Every single employee I encountered at the property from Housekeeping to Maint. to Bartenders smiled and said hello! I will return based on the great staff!!!!

I requested a wake up call on my first day --they MISSED it
I requested a wake up call on my last day for 4:00am because of my early flight - they MISSED it again.
I requested a taxi for 5:00am they arrived at 5:41am (the taxi operator told me that the hotel did not inform him about this pick up time.
For the wake up call, I checked if the phone is working by calling the hotel and asking to connect me to the room (where I stayed) and it rings...So the phone is working then!!!
This type of request is very important no matter how good is the room and other service if the guest missed their flight it will be a disaster....
Please take care in the future....I've been using Holiday Inn since the 90's and this is the first time I had this incident...

very friendly staff. Large modern rooms modern with cherry wood including desk, fridge, safe, iron & board. Kind bed with soft & firm pillows. Large modern bathroom. Nice hotel definitely recommend

I travel to the area quite a bit and my company always books this hotel. Almost every time I have to change rooms because of the smell. Most of the time changing rooms doesn't help. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.

1. Shuttle to bus stops & Malls
1. No recognition for priority club members. They treated me just like others and didn't even give a complimentary water bottle.
2. Room service forgot to put on towels and when asked they asked me to come down and get it. [later they provided a complimentary breakfast coupon which i have to admit]
3. After 11 there are no shuttle services, but they do have a taxi for which you need to pay. But when i called the taxi , he said the driver is on the way but he didnt come for a long time. So we had to walk by ourselves to the hotel at midnight.
4. The stairway had a smoking smell.
So on a overall it was not a pleasant stay for me to remember compared to other priorityclub hotels. I wont stay here next time.

this place rocks, and the shuttle service is top rate and to have this service was just iceing on the cake no need to have a DD or pay for a cab. The staff was great as well

This hotel is an oasis right outside New York City. The pool is lovely. I was very surprised to see a pool like this in a busy city. The hotel restaurant and lounge was great also. The staff and service you get is as good as any hotel I've stayed at.

I have been staying at this location for 8 plus years and have watched it turn from a great hotel to an excellent one. The staff greets you with a smile making you feel at home from the minute you walk in the door. The newly refreshed rooms have you feeling secure and are sparkling clean. The restaurant provides top notch food and beverage with the bartending staff recognizing me as a friendly face making the meal and drinks all the more tasty.
Everyone in this location care about their visitors and it shows! CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL! See you soon!!

we had a great time at the hotel. Pool was clean and wonderful. Lifeguard was actually called into action and was Heroic. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

During my stay at this hotel I found the front desk staff to be absolutley wonderful and charming. They recognized me as a platinum member of priority club. I am sorry but I forgot the three ladies names that were their. I do know one of them was the front desk manager. At that time I had a problem with a fax that was supposed to be sent in for payment for the stay. This was not at the fault of the front desk, but the ladies were wonderful and helpful with getting the matter settled. Please extend my thank you to them for me. The room was clean and comfortable. I found the housekeeping staff friendly. I did think that the bar maid was a little on the rude side and seemed unfriendly. The barmaid did seem more interested in her cell phone than customers. That aside the food was delicious and plentyful.

Check-in can be hetic at times as this property stays fairly busy, so patience is a must at the front desk!
They finally updated most of the rooms, and if you are rarely lucky you might get one of the mini suite layout. They are nice.
Otherwise the rooms are updated and average okay.
The lounge has good drinks and the dinner food is pretty good. The wait staff is always friendly.
Breakfast is also good, and the manager and wait staff are always very attentive.
Because of its location, the prices are a little on the steep side.
