Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service always I have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions The staff are excellent right down to housekeeping ....The food in the restaurant is very good ..The breakfast is good value and chef cooked my bacon and eggs fresh for me ....There is still room for improvement but this would not put me off staying here again . I think the bar prices are overpriced and is a little off putting . I would like a choice of pillows as they are very hard and uncomfortable .I would also like a fridge in the room and I do think the pool area could be improved...Overall I have always enjoyed staying here the staff make it what it is so congratulations on the excellent customer service December 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best nights sleep in ages The reception staff on arrival were very pleasant and well mannered. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent shower facilities and after afew drniks at the bar (decent prices for a hotel) a really good comfortable nights sleep. Fantastic breakfast the following morning served by happy attentive staff. Highly recommended. November 30, 2014

It is always so friendly The staff are always so helpful in everyway The food is always good Room service is brilliant I love this service to relax in my room in the morning The grounds are beautiful Always take a stroll round them Love the rabbits We have used this hotel for many years Mainly for the races always had the most enjoyable stay The Only problem now is we find it hard not to be able to relax in our room to have a cigarette. Have to go outside to stand in the cold! Holiday in should have kept there smoking rooms. Eg Like Telford. We found the wine to be a little expensive to. All in all we enjoyed it. We are back in February Thank you to all the staff at the holiday in Your manager should be proud of you all November 28, 2014

Excellent service from staff very good, excellent clean room and bathroom Dining room closed on this Sunday evening as very few guests in hotel, not a problem as good room service or could have eaten in lounge/bar. Excellent breakfast easy checkout - on the whole a very good stay. November 28, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable bed uncomfortable spare beds. The food was very good and reasonable priced the staff were very good and sympathetic to our needs but as hotel was full they were limited in their choices and couldn't change our room . the hotel has a lovely warm atmosphere lovely furniture and very clean. double rooms are bigger than executive ,everything considered we had a great time for my daughters 50th birthday.
