Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by RECENT WEEKEND ONE NIGHT STAY decent hotel, check in personnel a bit distant and harried, check out personnel outstanding. parking lot could have had better snow/ice removal. clean room but near the 2nd floor elevator, next time I will ask for another room location.. it is winter near the coast, the true colors of this hotel will show during the tourist/beach season. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by NO BREAKFAST!!!!!!! I stayed here for a business trip. Saturday Morning we head downstairs for breakfast. We could not find the restaurant, so we asked the man at the front desk. He showed us to it and it was closed. He acted surprised and said "Oh they dont open until later. This was at 7:00 AM. This man then offered us some apples. Sunday morning at 7:15 AM. Restaurant open but no breakfast buffet ready. The waiitress said she wasnt going to set it up until later due to lack of business that early. The hotel had twice the guest as the night before. She offered to cook eggs for us. She followed us all the way through the lobby offering to cook for us. We did not have time as we were heading to work. I would not stay here again. I started staying at Holiday inn based off fof a recommendation. I typically stay at Hilton Brands, I see why now. P.S> Saturday night you could here the music from the loung in the rooms on the second floor. January 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Clean & Great Price Stayed here while visiting family. We drove in the snow storm all afternoon to get there and didn't check in until after midnight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Had breakfast the next morning and our waitress was such a delight. Felt like we had know her for a while she was so friendly. I would stay here again anytime. Wonderful!!! January 10, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Room, Great Service, and Excelent Sleep The Holiday Inn on Route 35 SB in Hazlet NJ is a fine hotel to stay when you're visiting Key Port, Red Bank, and Sandy Hook Beach. The staff we're very nice, the bar/restaurant are cozy and open till 2:00 AM, and the rooms are clean, modern, and provide a great sleeping experience! I would definately recommend this hotel!
