genuinely created a sense of being at home and I've never ever experienced that before. When I got out of the lift I knew it was going to be very comfortable but then the staff just confirmed it by making me feel like the place was as much mine as theirs. I was on the 7th floor with a massive picture window view of the city. The bed was so comfortable and clean. I'm not sure if there were many guests but I certainly never heard any from my room. It was warm and when the curtains closed it was like a black out, I slept so well. I managed OK to find where I needed to go despite this and how confusing it is to drive around the NEC (obviously not Holiday Inn's fault). Breakfast was limited but adequate and hot - again what you would expect for the price. I would like a toast rack for my toast to stop it going soggy.
