Washington. How fitting for our first visit to Washington D.C. Breakfast was great each morning and we were within walking distance (half a mile to the Metro station) - although the shuttle drove us a few times. Kudos to Theresa in the kitchen who gave us great information on getting around on the Metro and what sights to see. She was spot on. We would have hired her to be our private tour guide if she was allowed to take off! We had such a great time, we booked another mini vacation at the end of June and plan to bring our teenage boys back with us. [Less]

Reserved a two room suite with two bath. Perfect for the situation we had.
Did not utilize the restaurant as we were attending a conference that had meals provided.
Checkout was flawless. Parking is a bit inconvenient on one side of the building as you have to walk around to the front to enter the building. [Less]

She addressed my concerns and went the extra mile to explain the differences with IHG membership; and staying at different Holiday Inn's. The day Pauline doesn't work there. I would rather make the 3 hour trip home. Thanks Pauline!!! [Less]
