Visit Holden Arboretum. Kayak on Lake Erie. Ride the vintage rails of the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. Monkey around at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and RainForest (home to more than 3,000 animals). Or just enjoy the numerous green parks that surround the city.
Need more ideas? Head west to explore the Lake Erie Islands. Splash around enormous indoor water parks. Visit Cedar Point Amusement Park, with over 150 rides, including 17 roller coasters. For some culture, University Circle is the place to be with its Botanical Garden, Museum of Art, Western Reserve Historical Society and Museum of Natural History. I stayed here for it's convenient location to some work I was doing in the area. The staff was abundantly courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

first morning the food was very good- large sausage links and scrambled eggs. The second morning was a disappointment at the food buffet - the pre-made "cheese omelets were dry to the point of a folded over frisbee - the flavor is unpalatable. I'm a bacon and eggs kind of guy, on grain free diet. I was surprised at the change in food quality from one day to the next. My only critical suggestion to HI Express is that they completely eliminate those pre-made cheese omelets. Other than that - a flawless stay!! ~TH~ [Less]
