Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 感觉不错的酒店 第一次入住古井,由于是金卡会员,有了welcome饮料喝水果,没有HH待遇,房间定的是豪华房,说是已经升级过了,不过没看出更高的级别,不过前台的MM服务很好,在我办完CI后又主动给我换了一间更安静的房间,让我非常满意,还有让我记忆深刻的是酒店提供的火车站免费接送服务,合肥的火车站现在在建地铁,很难打车,这个服务给客人提供了很大的方便,真的很好!!! April 10, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 实在对不起IHG的品牌 卫生清洁工作马虎了事: 1, 入住时发现客厅沙发边桌地上有一丢弃的烟盒(这还是无烟房),直到离店时它依然在原地,没有被清扫掉。 2, 卫生间的卷纸几尽用光,唯有被更换。抽取纸巾用完没有装如新的,直到电话给客房中心才让服务员送来。 3, 用过的肥皂被泡在小皂盒的水中,清扫时没有被处理干净-更换或将水倒掉。 其它方面的服务勉强过的去,但实在不是一个4-5星酒店的水品。 March 25, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Generally good, but poor check-out service Generally, it was a good experience in Holiday Inn Hefei. But when we checked out, there was only 2 staff and a number of visitors were waiting for check-out. Besides, the staff seemed to be lack of professionalism, as they made quite mistakes during the whole process. I nearly missed my train. March 16, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy and small room The subway construction is right behind the hotel. I asked for a quiet room in the comments of reservation but I was given a room just facing to the construction area. The non-stop strange metal friction noise made me fretful and I asked for switching a room. The front desk told me the room I was in was the "quietest" room according to their noise layout. Ridiculous! It seems they never update the map. Then I was told there were no suitable rooms available and they could only give me a cheaper room. I had to accept to switch to cheaper room for two nights. The worst thing was I was still charged for the price of original room when checking out. By the way I am a platinum member. This is the worst holiday Inn I have ever been to. November 26, 2012
