Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by room cleaning on our first full day, we were out of the room from 9am to 3pm. the do not disturb sign was not out. when we got back at 3, the room hd not been cleaned. called the front desk and said we just wanted new towels and shampoo. took almost 2 hours and a 2nd call to get. on other days, took was cleaned in a satisfactory manner July 19, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Best location in Helena. Best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. Helena is a great little city, and beautiful, too. I lived there as a child and came back to attend Carroll College and it still feels like home. The hotel lobby could use some updating, but everything else is lovely. Almost every night we completed our day with cocktails and snacks on the patio. The staff is exceptional. Friendly, professional and efficient. Thanks for a great stay. July 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good room, dark and gloomy common areas Our room was excellent, the parking situation was convenient -- but the common areas appeared dark and well-worn, especially in the hallway opposite the "lobby" level elevator. Our son lives close by, and the downtown location of the hotel is extremely convenient. The restaurant was not inviting, although the service and food were okay. The place needs a total remodel of the lobby, restaurant and common areas, with a more welcoming look and BRIGHTNESS! July 9, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding and Engagement Party It is not often all of us can get together in one city but we did it! And we centered a majority of our activities at the Helena Holiday Inn. Many of us stayed there so we could all be together for a family wedding. It is a great location and we utilized the banquet facilities for a double engagement party the following day. We highly recommend staying here! July 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by reason for low scores The front entrance just doesn't look like a front entry...it's looks like an alley way, which it is, not bad, just confusing. Also, the hot tub was broken our last day there and the pancakes tasted like they had been made the day before and re-heated. June 27, 2014
