Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unsatisfactory I will never stay here again! The rooms were dirty. There was hair and eyelashes all over our bedding and there was hair in the shower. We found a sewing needle in our bed and the front staff were rude. The restaurants food was not good either. I do not recommend this hotel. August 22, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient location, but outdated furniture and look I am in town for business every week and find this hotel to be the most conveniently located. However, the hotel looks old and outdated. The building can use some renovation and the furnitures should be switched out as they appear very outdated. The fridges that I have experienced so far in the three separate rooms I stayed in this hotel have all been extremely loud, to the point where I had to turn them off at night in order to sleep - while my food was sitting in the fridge... If you want the convenience of being able to walk to most restaurants and be close to downtown, this hotel is your best bet. If, however, you want newer furniture and wider emenities, this is not the best place for that. August 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Second to None Nothing goes smoothly 100% of the time; however, how a potentially unpleasant experience is handled defines the overall experience. Despite a computer issue, the desk clerk was able to get me checked in and sent me off to my room. The lock was void of any of the usual flashing lights, and the room would not open for me. Amidst apologies and the making of a new key, the desk clerk called an assistant to escort me to the room. Neither my key nor hers would work. It was time to call a locksmith, so the desk clerk again apologized and invited me to go to the bar and have a courtesy drink. Within 15 minutes, an employee came to the bar to inform me that my room was ready. Led by the desk clerk, all of the employees I encountered went above and beyond the call of duty, which resulted in a very pleasant experience. August 11, 2014
