The location is really fun for wandering around and looking in the shops, etc. The hotel seemed clean and the front desk staff was friendly. We got a wonderful room on the top floor and the view was great. My issue was the "kids eat free" flyer and the commercials you see on tv. The energy and effort it took to FINALLY get that approved was beyond what I felt it should be. It felt like a gimmick that Holiday Inn advertises but doesn't really want to validate. Also, the pool was gross. There was hair and also something I would rather not identify!!!! I still get grossed out thinking about it. November 25, 2014

The Staff treats us like valued guests. The beds are comfortable and the noise level is minimal. Truly feel like we are on vacation when we stay here! November 25, 2014

At first I stayed at a different hotel and had to pay for parking down town now I just keep my car at the hotel and walk to the office. November 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service We went there because they offer a free airport shuttle and offered to pick up a cab if we needed to get there prior to shuttle operating. Rooms very comfortable but so so on the cleanliness. Restaurant charged for coffee--found out later it should be free for guests. This shouldn't be a secret and waitress should ask. Location good right down town. In the process of renovating. Would stay there again due to excellent service and free shuttle. I wish they would clean better and get a better breakfast cook. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Almost miised my flight The hotel does not offer shuttle service to the airport in the early morning. Staff arranged a cab (paid for by the hotel) to catch the only flight out. 4 guests needed to get to the airport. One cab never arrived, one cab was 20 minutes late. 4 people had to cram into the Prius with luggage to get to the airport. I realize it is a small community with unreliable cab service. However, the hotel needs to ensure their guests get back to the airport. May have to add shuttle service for their early morning guests Breakfast was poor. Eggs were powdered? November 4, 2014
