Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay We enjoyed this updated hotel in downtown Helena. The front desk staff was friendly and the room was neat and clean as well as updated and modern. The bed was comfortable. No complaints (which is rare for me! Haha!). It was a good value as well. We also ate breakfast in the restaurant and the staff was friendly and the food was good. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful place to stay! The downtown Holiday Inn in Helena is one of my favorite places to stay. The staff is friendly and inviting, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. To top it off, the hotel is in an excellent location downtown, close to great restaurants and unique shopping. I highly recommend it! November 22, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent room climate control, but 7th (top) floor is noisy. Super friendly staff. The room was clean. The climate control works without air blowing on the bed and without noisy fans. This is great because it is not true in the majority of motels we have visited. However, we were on the top floor (7th floor at this hotel). We were a few steps from the elevator and ice machines. The room was noisy during the night. I believe much of the noise came from the mechanical machinery on the roof. November 3, 2013

Wait staff did a super job. Front desk staff in the morning thanked me staying at the hotel. Welcomed me as a rewards member. Reccomend this Holiday Inn. October 29, 2013
