We only stayed for one night as was at a wedding locally.
The room seemed small on entering but then you realise how much space do you really need for one night!
The room had everything you needed, was clean and tidy.
Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming as were the bar staff.
We needed more milk for drinks in room and the night staff (2am) were more than happy to supply.
Overall a good stay

Convenient location. Room was very pleasant, quiet and comfortable with decent wifi.
Breakfast was good and the lady in charge of the restaurant was very nice and helpful.

very welcoming, very friendly staff, room very comfortable bed lovely, bathroom nice and roomy shower quite powerful, breakfast was lovely sausages out standing. would defiantly recommend this hotel to family and friends and will defiantly come back. Friendly for children and well laid out for business meetings. Always someone at reception

The High Wycombe Holiday Inn has been in its current location for many years in differing guises and Its age is very evident in the standard and nature of the building and its facilities. Some of it is looking rather tired.
However it is very conveniently located just off the M40.
Very friendly and capable staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

Used this hotel many times, ideal location.
Disappointing start when checking in at 5pm as one of the rooms not yet ready. Would not have been such an issue if the receptionist had understood our point of view especially as we could of arrived anytime from 2pm.
We were informed that previous guests had been late leaving and been charged accordingly.......maybe this should of been deducted from our bill!
At our suggestion she offered us free coffee vouchers as we waited in reception lounge for the room to be checked.
No harm done , we shall hopefully use this hotel again but it was very poor customer service.

Very good service by all departments - very helpful and speedy reception. Room excellent condition and spotlessly clean.
Unfortunately the quality of the breakfast was poor compared to other IHG hotels. The staff were, again, excellent - but the fresh fruit availability was poor, fried eggs very greasy, bacon dry and tasteless - and sausages and tomatoes that seemed to have been around for a while......shame to what was otherwise an excellent stay.
