Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely Hotel & Great Location I've stayed in the hotel before en route home for some peace and quiet after a few hectic days travelling, and the same was true on this occasion. This time I booked an Executive Room which had more amenities. The room was located near to a Housekeeping station and it was noisy. I was prepared to check out and go home, but Jack found me another room to move to. I have stayed in many hotels, of all grades, in my time, and I'd have to say that Jack is the absolute gold standard in terms of customer service! He should be commended, and other 4 and 5 star hotel brands should take a leaf out of this hotel's book in terms of recruiting caring staff who go out of their way to ensure that the stay is pleasurable! Overall, this stay wasn't as relaxing as other times because of noisy neighbours, but even Jack has no control over that! November 7, 2014
