Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cannot fault the staff I've stayed in better hotels, and better holiday inns, but the staff here are very good and because i am a regular, you feel more like a friend than a customer. when you're having an off day, they notice, when you're not feeling well, they offer help. any hotel is made better by the staff and at this particular holiday inn, its the staff that make me return. the food menu could do with revamping as i've had everything on the menu August 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Really comfortable and quiet I've passed this property many times and thought it might be noisy and busy. How wrong was that. It's quiet and really comfortable with all the usual features. Plenty of parking and if you're a casual runner the loop around the adjacent houses is perfect. I'd definitely stay again. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bar staff (I think the manager) was very attentive to the point that he noticed I was upset and obviously had a problem (not with the hotel). He let me have my round of drink free of charge to cheer me up!! It did actually make me feel better. The only issue I would raise concerns the restaurant. Much of the food listed on the menu was not available. I felt the cooking was just simply microwaved using prepacked food. There wasn't even a flower or candle on the tables and the ambience was not good. The service was slow although the waiters were lovely. I did enjoy my stay there, and would certainly return.
