Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Almost a full service hotel... Overall this hotel does a pretty good job. It would be helpful to be able to get coffee without having to go to the dining room. They will sell you a pot but it is an effort. We had dinner one night. It was very good. Our server Mary Rose was delightful and gave us great service. At check in Claudia was very welcoming. She provided a great beginning to our stay. The room was fine, not great, but fine. They really need some of those lamps like they have in the Express properties with the outlets in them. I had to move the mattress to find a plug near the bed. We had a lot of luggage and only one of the closet doors opened. Overall we had a nice stay. March 17, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by F & B Service was horrible We pulled into the hotel because I have stayed there, but my wife hasn't. It was early evening so the first thing we did was check on the restaurant hours. We were told that the restaurant closes at 10:00. That was great as we still had a little work to do before dining. We made a quick online reservation based upon this info and checked in, which wasn't terribly pleasant, either. When we went down to the restaurant at 9:10, there we diners present but they were removing the candles and tablecloths from the remaining tables. We asked if we were too late and we were told, not happily, that we were not too late and we were shown to a stripped down table and given menus. Quite some time later a waitress named Michelle showed up with such an attitude that we didn't even want do deal with her. So we got up and left and went to the bar area to order our food to go. There were no patrons there and she looked like she was closing up too, but at least she took our to-go order. The food itself was pretty good with the exception that the only mustard the restaurant has is spicy brown and we would really have preferred yellow mustard. I have never been to a restaurant that didn't carry yellow mustard, and that can really make or break a cheeseburger. We won't stay at this Holiday Inn again, especially if restaurant/lounge facilities are required. March 15, 2015

SHE DID A GREAT JOB - GREETED ME WITH A GENUINE SMILE AND WAS TRULY INTERESTED IN MAKING SURE THE HOTEL EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. SHE IMMEDIATELY ACKNOWLEDGED ME AS A PLATINUM MEMBER AND GAVE ME A VERY NICE, UPGRADED ROOM. March 10, 2015
