For it to be a new hotel there were several areas that needed work. Some tiles in the elevator were cracked. There were some holes in the wall in the room. Maybe were a mirror was. These things need to be fixed to keep it a top notch hotel. The first morning for breakfast someone had to ask for eggs. The second morning some of the fruit looked old. A gentleman (food and beverage manager, maybe) was on his phone continuously. It seemed very unprofessional. I would definitely stay here again , but I think you should be aware that things could be improved to make this an great hotel. I am not complaining. I am in the service industry myself.

Nice clean property. I was particularly impressed with the food at an evening banquet served form hotel kitchen.

This was a relief as we were moving our daughter to Birmingham. We arrived late but was very relieved to find the room cool and so comfortable. I can't say anything negative about this place. Room service was very prompt and food good..a little pricey but when you are tired all I can say is WONDERFUL!

Great hotel and good value. Had one cleaning issue, but besides that, stay was great! Clean and new furnishings.

I couldn't give an "excellent" for the hotel because of my experience with Room Service. I had ordered breakfast, which was an ordeal in itself. Once the girl arrived with my breakfast, she had forgotten the butter, half & half and had to go and get change for the $40 I gave her. When she returned with the change, she shorted me 56 cents because, in her words, "I only had a quarter and didn't think you'd want that..." So instead of giving me the entire $1, she gave me only the dollars in change. This in and of itself is not a big deal for most, however, it is highly unprofessional, AND, if she is doing this to everyone, is getting quite the haul considering Room Service includes 18% gratuity AND $5 delivery for a total just short of $30 for breakfast.
