Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great experience great staff. First off Madie at the front desk was the main reason the stay was great and would be the reason I'd go back. She was beautiful, friendly, smart, and engaging. The bar staff was wonderful too. Only problem was the menu and food presentation needs work, the beer stocking, and the communication of the cleaning staff need work. January 16, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Problems with room service We had problems all three nights of our stay with room service. The first night, they called our room at 6:30 to clarify the order, then brought the food at 7:15 instead of the 8:00 requested. The second nigyht, the door hanger had fallen off the knob and was lying on the floor, and they missed it. We had to phone in the order and it was 45 minutes late. The third night, they missed the door hanger and we had to phone it in again. All theree days I was teaching a seminar at 9 am and on two days I had to start it late. On top of that they didn't have gumbo in the restaurant (this is Louisiana, isn't it?) December 10, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Small issues but addressed accordingly. As any other business they had some issues, the room assigned to me was used when I got there, I had to stay in another hotel since they were booked out and came back the next day, I perfectly understand that this can happen to anybody, what I LIKED the most is how the manager handled it and rewarded me in compensation for the inconvenience and how nice she was. I will definitely go back here regardles, over all, I really like this Hotel. December 9, 2014
