Everyone we encounter had a sincere professionalism. Their willingness to help make our stay comfortable was impeccable. Also, offering the shuttle back and forth to Texas Children's Hospital is worth it weight in gold! The dining areas are convenient, clean, and service is excellent. However, the prices are high. Overall, the stay was enjoyable but would suggest finding a dining area away from the hotel. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hidden Fees The hotel itself was GREAT. The hidden fees however were NOT so great. It's quite a shock when you are traveling with 3 kids and 2 adults so you get adjoining rooms only to be hit with double the fees. The $50 that was deducted for each room "just in case there's damage" is ludicrous when you already have said credit card on file to charge it if need be and you took it out IMMEDIATELY but we have to wait 3-5 days to get it back..... Just crazy and I have YET to understand what it was the $35 was taken out for for each room. Also the maids walked right into my kids room without even knocking. Unacceptable. January 27, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Night Service Staff Needing coffee badly after just arriving and getting ready to go to TCH for work I was extremely disappointed to find that ICH at this location did not offer complementary coffee in the Lobby area. Once I left I received 2 phone calls from your Check-In employee as I got down the road instructing me that because he had been asked before he thought it would be good to locate a location to get decent coffee, He found a decent 24hr donut shop online 1/2 mile from the hotel in my direct path to TCH, and directed me to it. That was a great above the norm effort for something so small but that meant so much to my work condition overnight. Wish I knew his name to make sure you commended the right person. January 18, 2016
