Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Shuttle never picked me up and the bartender left to text on her phone I had a rental car to return after checking in. I asked for the shuttle to be sent as I was leaving the hotel as returning the car takes two minutes. The shuttle never came and I had to walk through a construction site to return to the hotel. The bar closes at 10 p.m. For the last 30 minutes the bartender would leave and text on her phone to avoid providing service that would keep her open until close. I did not receive a welcome as a Gold Elite member not did I receive my 300 points. September 17, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Staff are not the most welcoming The hotel is generally very good with it being a great location for flights but a poor location for visiting Houston (bit of a dodgy area). The bar/restaurant was pretty good for the limited time each day it was open. The breakfast was good with a great range of choices served by very disinterested staff. Hotel reception did not appear to be a happy lot and I felt I was troubling them each time I had a question. Overall though not a bad hotel at all and one of the better ones in that area.
