Rooms very nice, breakfast is outstanding. Washer and dryers and a small workout room which is nice. I love the hotel and am thankful for its close proximity to Houston Hobby Airport February 24, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pillows I stay at many Holidays Inns across the country every year. For the most part, the staff is excellent and the experience is very good. However, there is one area that is common with Holiday Inns and that is the thick firm pillows. Most days I leave with a neck ache and it is to the point of choosing other properties over Holiday Inn. I am not sure why you have chosen such thick pillows. Other properties tend towards softer. Numerous other people I have talked to who have stayed at Holiday Inns, agree that the pillows are too firm. Oh, I do realize that softer pillows are available on request, but that is a pain and seldom results in a softer pillow. January 26, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by disappointed in restaurant service I depend on the Holiday Inn brand to always offer good rooms, easy parking and a dedicated restaurant. In this case I was very happy with the staff and with the room itself but the food service was less than expected. I arrived about 1pm expecting to be able to get lunch at the hotel but found they didn't offer lunch. Dinner was in the bar which had only a few tables and always was full every time I tried to get in - had to resort to fast food in the area - yuch! Also as a Priority Club member I'm used to getting a paper every morning. This did not happen even once. January 16, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff I stay at this hotel frequently and am always amazed, whether it has been 1 month or three, how staff recognizes me and welcomes me. Everyone is always so friendly, especially front desk Thanyq and Victoria along with Angie in the food area. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone. Beside the staff, rooms are comfortable and I recently had a maintenance issue, which was handled promptly as well. Thanks everyone at Holiday Inn - my home away from home. December 7, 2012

Food took to long in the bar, staff would not come over and check on you, and when you tried to track them down, they were not very nice. Could use new beds. Had back aches every morning. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by odor in rooms was over whelming The hotel from the outside is very nice. The sitting area near the front desk and restaurant were also spacious and attractive. . The biggest problem I found was the musty moldy smell of the rooms on the 5th floor. The first room I checked into looked very clean and well maintained but the moldy smell prevented me from occuping the room. I tried a second room and found the same thing, on to a third room and the smell was still there but not quite as bad... I told them at the front desk I was having an allergic attack and ask for the nearest Walfgeens. I went to a local Walgreens to get mediacation. and Febreeze to spray the room. The front desk cleark said she would credit back some of my points because smell was there and a employee also smelled the issue. I didnt get the points as she stated as of today !! July 13, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mostly a Hit w/ a few Misses. I've stayed at this property 4-5 times. Evening staff Front Desk staff is great and friendly, but could use a little polishing when it comes to dealing with customer complaints/ professionalism/ going the extra mile..Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The TVs defiantely need to be replaced and are the only bad part of the room, when i did have to switch one out, the Engineering staff was professional and more then happy to help. Bar staff makes great drinks but not talkitive and the bar is usully empty. The evening resteraunt menu could use refreshing/diverse options. Breakfast buffet has the same things we see at every other hotel but staff is great and food always fresh and good. Overall good value, but after long trips or lots of traveling/hotels stays, the misses can be an inconvenience. July 10, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great courtesy bus This hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere on the edge of the airport, but the courtesy bus will take you all around to nearby shopping and restaurants which is very nice. The courtesy bus will take you when and where you want to go, and pick you up when you want to leave there (unless it's picking someone up at the airport of course). Don't believe the front desk when they say something is within walking distance. It would be a bleak barren walk to anywhere, and then you'd have to lug your purchases back yourself. July 10, 2012
