Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This visit was a little "off" This is our 4th time to stay at this location. Staff still very nice and hepful. I was not recognized as an IHG Rewards Club Member and did not receive my gift bag when we checked in.. Again the wi-fi was not very user friendly and could only get on internet via my cell phone. However I will still use this location for my stay in Houston next year for Thanksgiving. December 5, 2014

The rest of the experience was not up to Holiday Inn standards. The room felt dirty and uninviting. The bathroom was poorly cleaned. Hairs in the shower and sink. The shower controls sticky.
