The first bus filled up quickly at 5 am and within minutes a 2nd bus was there to shuttle us to the airport. I experienced a few problems with my stay.. and the staff quickly addressed the issues and corrected them. February 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Highly recommended! I stayed here for 5 nights. Because there are no good restaurants nearby, I was hoping the hotel restaurant would be good. It exceeded my expectations. Excellent variety of choices and great taste! Only complaint I had was I had to often call multiple times to get them to answer the phone when I wanted room service. Overall, the staff here are great. Every night, I received a phone call asking me if I needed anything. I remember one of them (Yvette) by name and I'm usually terrible with names. My only other complaint about the hotel was the heavy-flow shower heads. I know some people like that, but I don't. I prefer to be able to adjust down when it is too heavy. The area outside the hotel isn't great, so wouldn't recommend venturing outside very far on foot. Great access from here to the airport though. February 25, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dated facility This hotel is in need of massive repair. Air didn't work. Cold water in shower morning of departure. 4:00am. Door handles falling off of stairway entrance doors. Elevator didn't work. Curtains falling down. Restaurant food mediocre. Parking is horrible. February 22, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for overnight between flights The staff, from weekend housekeeping to Joe at guest services and Willie the shuttle driver, could not be more helpful when I was sick and had to extend my stay for two days for some recovery time. The hotel itself has some drawbacks, however. The phone in my room did not work so could not receive wake up calls or call for room service. The hotel is several miles from the airport and along a parkway that basically is one hotel after the other. There is little in the way of eating establishments except in the hotel and the shuttle service to the distannt mall/Walmart does not make up for the distance from all other amenities and only useful if you have an extended stay. Hotel food was ok but not great, but then I didn't have much of an appetite. The carpet could use some updating. February 22, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No hot water. Overall experience was not good. I had to waitfor the hotel shuts for 40 minutes. I stayed room number 404 which did not have hot water for shower. I did not have time to ask to fix because I had to take early flight. The restaurant staff were very nice. February 22, 2015
